Actually Functional!
Cool All Black Plastic Helmet looks realistic! The inside is smoothed out so I bought foam tape and lined the inside for a perfect fit. It stayed on even upside down. The face cover actually slides up and down like a real Spartan helmet so you can keep the helmet on and enjoy a beverage. Wore it to a Spartan Obstacle Course 5K and a Climbing Competition. Got lots of Free Merchandise from the Spartan Race like I was the Unofficial Mascot of the Race. Got Lots of compliments at the Climbing Competition/Costume Contest.

Spartans!!
With this helmet, I have become the cool dad of the volleyball players! This is very light, so no neck strain. It is easy to put together. There are some things about it I would change. I had to purchase felt to glue over the tabs that hold the feathered mohawk. That made the helmet a little uncomfortable. I definitely want to buy more.
