A: They dont list it on their label. Likely google it on their website or find a smaller bottle that may list an ingredient breakdown.

**Q: What's the expiration date on this jug?**
A: Jan 6, 2023. But I have used others jugs a year after expiration date. It's still good. I just don't put it in the refrigerator, well unless marinating food!

A: don't see it listed in ingrediants. does have soy if allergic

Have used Claude's BBQ Brisket Marinade for years. Works great with 'cheap' cuts of beef and with venison. You can take a cheap roast and put a half cup of Claude's in bottom of square/rectangle pan. Top the roast with another half cup of Claude's, cover with foil and place in a 250 degree (F) oven for 3-5 hours (depending on weight, maybe even 6 hours) and you will have a fork tender roast.
