Tasty and Very Similar to Odisha's Arrisa Pitha
I had eaten Ariselu when I was in Chennai a couple of years ago and loved it. People in Odisha know it as Arrisa Pitha. I had ordered this online and was a little apprehensive about the taste and quality. Rest assured, the produt arrived neatly packed in a foil pack and was fresh. The taste was superb and not at all oily. It has a light and fluffy texture inside and a light crispy exterior. I will definitely order this again.

Taste is good but pieces broken. None of the Adhirasam were round. All broken into 2-3 pieces.

Tasted stale
Not fresh at all and one of the major reason is time taken to deliver. Changed the shape and taste over time. Loosing trust because of experiment in changing the shape and delivery time. Shelf life of this product is too low so should not accept the order from location which cannot be catered within 2days.

Too dry & evidently a little stale
Sadly this batch of Adrissams turned out to be a bit stale and dry and crumbled to the touch. Dissapointing.
