Easy to install, easy to use, easy to get help...
This NVR and camera package was just what I was looking for, and the varifocal lenses are a great feature and were easy to adjust. The little bit of trouble I was having with it was easily and quickly taken care of by customer service and tech support. I also like that there are 4 more channels available on the NVR so I can add more cameras later if I need to. I had the cameras a fair distance from the screen, so the mobile app helped a lot for aiming the cameras. Needless to say I recommend this product highly.

Even though I purchased this a year a go
This company is very good to work with. They are very busy but they take the time to help you. Their Tec support will dial into your system and make needed adjustments. They will explain what they are doing and if it confuses you, that is OK. They will explain that as well. I needed a camera replaced (that was no big deal) but I had moved several states away. They replaced the camera but sent it to my old address. They are resending a new camera to my new address without hesitation. I will try to get them back the miss-shipped camera but if I cant they are still OK with it. Thank you GW Security for your help.

Absolutely unreliable System with horrible support
I've had nothing but problems since I purchased my GW Security NVR and IP cameras. Even their developers in China haven't been able to resolve the issues. The system randomly stops recording surveillance video. The unit erroneously reports video loss several times a day when the cameras as fully operational--verified by accessing the cameras directly. Extracted video from the NVR cannot be played using standard PC or Mac software. I encountered this problem when I submitted my security camera video to an insurance company. I have spent dozens of hours with their tech support and was they never resolved these problems.
