Good quality. I’ve been buying from this seller for over 30 years. My kids have grown up on this seller’s Celtic sea salt. I like that it has minerals from the ocean that are good for mental health. It tastes the best. I give it away and everyone loves it. I like to grind it myself with mortar and pestle. That way, I use less salt than a granular store salt (per teaspoon). I have to factor this in with recipes, to add a bit more of Celtic.

If people only knew what was in table salt, they would never use it again. The taste of Celtic salt is amazing, quality is far superior to other sea salts, all the minerals your body needs, flavors food with very little amount and when you put one or two grains on your tongue, your body will absorb water better!! A must buy for your kitchen!! Keep it in a wooden container to help with clumping. Needs a ceramic grinder if you like a finer salt.

This is easily my favorite salt for smoking and grilling. It is moist and breaks down quickly, but renders the meat leaving only a mild but noticeable salt flavor. Texture resemble corse kosher salt. Only complaint is the price for what you get, as it used to be twice as much volume, but that is everything now.

I love this Celtic Sea Salt with all its minerals that are good for my body. It makes everything taste so much better. When I need "finer" salt, I just grind it down. Works just fine. Yes, it has a bit of moisture to it but that's how these salts are. I think I read a few complaints about that from other buyers. But you must understand what you are buying and not compare it to regular supermarket table salt like Mor---- . After a workout or long walk I take a couple granules under my tongue with water. Also a great way to start my day. I get plenty of minerals that my body needs after hours of fasting.

Quality, mineral content, value for money, health benefits. Where do I start? I used to have constant migraines. About 4-5 times a week. It reduced it to 2-3 times a MONTH! The hydration level is amazing! Yet you have to consume it with moderation and put a crystal of salt in your mouth before drinking your water. Did this once a week and it works wonders!!!
