I am very pleased with the quality of this pilates ring. It is extremely durable and offers a great deal of resistance while still remaining flexible. There are a lot of different exercises you can do with this device. The pieces on the side are very easy to grip and have a slightly cushioned finish to keep you comfortable while you are using it. They are also made with a slight contour so that they can rest along the curve of your legs or arms. If you are into pilates or other low impact exercises this will definitely provide a challenging, but comfortable amount of resistance to build up your stamina and strength. I received this product at no cost in exchange for my honest opinion.

This BitterFit Pilates ring was an incredible purchase for me. It is made out of mix of rubber and steel which makes it feel very solid and durable. It is very lightweight as well, which makes working out with this thing much easier. I love using this ring whenever I am doing legs and hips exercises - I can really feel it's benefits right away.I would highly recommend this Pilates ring to anyone who wants to add in a strong kick for their workouts! I saw one of my friends using Pilates ring and I had been wanting one for a some time. I am very happy that I went with this brand because of the exceptional quality of the product and overall idea of being eco-friendly. The Pilates ring is not difficult use at all, especially when you are given workouts that you can perform focusing on the muscle groups that are important to you. I usually have it in my back pack and use it whenever I can with my hectic schedule. Workouts "on the go" are really possible with that product! This ring really gives you a nice thigh workout! The placement of the handles and their technology does really make a difference. I love the technology that this brand uses, it feels really comfortable. I try to workout every day for at least 30 minutes to get the results that I am aiming. I found great workouts on the brands official website as well as some YouTube videos. I love this ring. Perfect Pilates tool! Highly recommended!!!!

Some Pilates rings / magic circles that I have used in the last couple of years would feel like they would snap when you would bend them, but not this one! I felt the high quality steel dual padded grips - and I felt instantly the comfort that this ring provided for me. The stability and balance is what I found most fascinating. It is not like other fitness Pilates rings, this one is genuinely so much better! I worked on my arms and inner-thighs over the weekend and today I woke up feeling the progress. Supper happy with this device!

Love this amazing toolbox for exercise. I was dedicated to taking care of my self by attending yoga, Pilates and soulcycle classes. All those activities are great, but when you can tone your muscles using an ultimate tool and reaching those areas which you can't usually workout in the gym - this makes a whole different world of results. When I first opened the package I thought that that there is not a lot of workouts that you can do with it, and that the resistance is not going to be enough. However, just after a few minutes of using it I felt the support, balance and resistance that needed and suddenly I became very creative in to coming up with the exercises (good to know - official BitterFit website has workouts that you can utilize). I am just really happy that I have purchased this for a small discount for my free and unbiased review. Highly recommend to store it right next to your bed in case "one of those days" comes where you want to do workout in your bed. I highly recommend it!

As other reviewers have said, this is a really nice pilates ring. The metal is strong with a decent give, even for a beginner like myself. I can still do basic resistance exercises and feel the burn, but I have confidence that as I grow stronger, this ring will keep its shape and not crack or break. The pads on both sides are very helpful for inner thigh and calves and they fit perfectly for my curves. I'm glad I spent the money on this.

After a few uses, the inside pad came off. It's only two sided type like stuff. I'll have to find some super glue or such. Also says it is steel but feels like plastic which allows easy compression of circle. Bought it since it said steel. Disappointed.
