Dear Clark Resurrecting Wash, 8.45 oz (Shampoo)

HOLY SH*T, Y'ALL. That's all the Southern I'm admitting to. And it's worth it. This product is amazing.Background: I have ridiculous hair. Truly, truly ridiculous hair to the point I shaved half of my hair off (undercut, ended up being very cute!) because I was incapable of doing anything with it. I've had more than one stylist comment that I have wire for hair. And then invite half to salon to feel how thick my hair is (there was a lot of disbelief going on and the generally commentary of "oh yeah I have thick hair too OH MY GOD HOW??!!!! in reference to mine once petted.)I have never used a shampoo where I didn't need to condition. After so many years upon this Earth I have finally found the one true shampoo. Worth the investment. I won't be purchasing any other line. To boot the scent is amazing. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I was a little nervous about ordering this shampoo due to the reviews about the smell. I am so glad I gave this a chance. The smell of this shampoo is like a spa. It is refreshing and exhilarating. I really like this shampoo and what it does to my hair. It doesn't strip it and leaves it soft and subtle. I will order again. The only downside is the price. A little high.

I bought this and the rinse together and think it might be too heavy for my fine hair. It makes it seem limp and weighed down. I got a sample and loved the smell so I bought the set, but my hair does not love this. People comment on the scent (if they get close enough to smell me). It reminds me of a day at the spa

Dry, dull, and felt like straw but after first shampoo I felt an immediate difference in my hair. Soft, I had totally forgot about softness so that was a surprise plus my hair had new body! Love the smell, kind of a woodsy nature scent this gets 5 stars. Down side is as of this moment I can't afford $25.00 for shampoo, so wish the price would drop.

I have been using the this product for years and it WAS the most amazing shampoo. It cleaned your hair and left your hair super soft. Now they changed the ingredients and it is not good at all. The detergents are rough leaving your hair feeling dried out.Bottle on the left is the old formulation which is 5/5, bottle on the right is the new formulation which is 1/5 largely because this is a premium priced product for just above head and shoulders quality.As of 03/28/2019 the description on the amazon page is wrong "Free- from sulphates, phosphates, synthetic colorants, parabens" but as you can see on the right bottle it contains sodium coco-sulfate.

Discovered DC products about one year ago. Switched over completely and have been very happy with the results. Of course I love the smell (i swear, it's intoxicating), the fact that it's cruelty free, and the lack of additives, but I really love that it gets my hair clean and that over time, I've had to wash my hair less frequently-my hair is healthier than its ever been.

Love this , perfect i then ordered the rinse too, no more looking found this go to line, ive bought them all, hair feels naturally soft and silky , has a nice smell too, would like lesser cost though.

This is my 3rd bottle. I originally tried this as part of a BirchBox - it is now my favorite shampoo. I don't need to use a conditioner and it doesn't weigh my hair down. Does have a strong smell - can't really describe it. I love it, but others my not. Different than any other shampoo, but no patchouli.
