Unprotected package
This was my first order from this source and will probably be my last. The package, a rather attractive octagonal tin was dispatched without any protection and was, therefore, received in a battered state. This made the item unattractive to be offered as a gift to a relative who is a fan of Quality Street chocolates. Disappointing to say the least.

Full to the absolute BRIM with sweets
I’m a sucker for a tub of sweeties at Christmas!! So I’ve bought tins at the supermarket for work etc and they have always been half full. This tin. Oh my word. This tin, it’s full to the BRIM!!!! When I say to the brim, it’s really is. The mixture is sweets is excellent. But just topped up with the less popular toffee, all the sweets. The fondants, caramel, fudge (and of course) the toffees.I felt like a kid shoving my hand in. Whole Adult hand, disappearing into the sweets. That’s how full.Some have commented on the packaging and perhaps notice had been taken regarding dented tins. Mine was in a box, marked fragile, AND fully wrapped With bubble wrap inside. The driver could have drop kicked it over the fence (no he didn’t do that, he placed it nicely, but if he had done this) no chance of a dent.The price compared with the 1kg tins in the supermarket is very good. The 1kg tins tend not to be full to the top. And don’t get me started on the plastic ones (half empty)The tin itself is lovely for storage after (you know it will be sewing items, that’s an unwritten law isn’t it? :) )Anyway, it’s excellent value for the amount you get. These will last through Christmas and the new year (maybe)

Remember the old days when your quality streets came in large tins. Brought back some happy memories. Great tin after for storage use.

I like the size of the tin,.it remind me of my young the 300g tin. Tjis one is smaller but digger then you can in shops, what would make this tin even better is taking away one of the orange flavours and put in coffee.
