This cushion really worked for me. For the first time in days I do not feel pain and discomfort in my lower back while sitting. I have been suffering with lower back pain from a pulled muscle and sitting has been extremely difficult and painful. When I first sat on the cushion I didn't think it made any difference and then half an hour later I realised I had forgotten about my sore back. I would recommend this product.

I struggle sitting at my desk at work, as well as at my desk at home, when sitting for extended periods of time with pain in my hip joints and lower back. As I have had really bad back issues for over 43 years, I thought the time had come for me to sit in comfort, if that was possible. I tried every cushion, and combinations of cushions that I could think of but came up blank, so just put up with the pain and discomfort, until I was scrolling through Amazon just for interest sake.I saw this cushion and thought "what the heck - let me try this as a last resort". Oh wow!!! I unpacked it at work when it was delivered, and after only a few minutes, I finally found comfort. After a while, I could get up from my chair and walk without limping and without the accompanying pain.I was so pleased that I have now bought a second one to have at home, in light grey to match my desk chair.I am really happy with this cushion - it does everything it says - the memory foam is firm and bounces back quickly, but it is soft enough so you don't feel that you are sitting on a cushion. I like the design as this eases the pressure on my hips, lower spine and coccyx.I am really pleased with this item.

This cushion took some getting used to. I was suffering with a painful tailbone from sitting (probably for too long) in my office chair at home. Though it did provide immediate relief for my tailbone, after a while I found that my upper legs and backs of my thighs were hurting. It felt like they weren't supported as well by the cushion as they are by the chair seat itself. I found that I had to slowly build up time using the cushion, along with finding exactly the right position for it on the chair seat (for me, it works best further forward than I initially thought it should sit). I eventually got used to it. I still sometimes take it off the seat to ease my legs, but generally, it works very well. It certainly now prevents the tailbone pain - which was the main reason I bought it.The cushion is well-made and good quality. No issues with stitching, firmness vs softness, thickness, etc. The only reason for taking a star off, is that I'd quite like there to be more options for size. I'd like it to be a little bigger (depth and width) to fit the whole of my office chair seat better.I would recommend this cushion, and I'd buy it again - just give yourself a little time to get used to it.

I've lost a bunch of weight over the last 9 motnhs and my coccyx has really been hurting when sitting on my office chair at work or on my computer chair at my desk at home. I tried adding some regular cushions and they did nothing to relieve the pain. So I looked at the options on Amazon and decided to try these.These have worked fantastically for meand eliminated 90% of my discomfort. I like the fact that I can shift it around during the day, bringing it forward or backward depending on how I'm feeling and where I need a bit of extra support. The only thing you have to watch is if you're sitting a bit crooked (i.e., cross legged) and you change your position the foam takes a few minutes to reset itself.If you're having a similar problem I highly recommend this product.

Ok for the price but fairly small,no use to a person of size,warm in use no ventilation, hard to sit on at first,cover is stretch nylon & of poor quality material shouldbe cotton,for short term use only

I’m not normally a fan of memory foam, however, this cushion has been a welcome surprise. Don’t get me wrong I was still a bit stiff after a 2 to 3 hour journey and it doesn’t work miracles but I know I would have been worse if I didn’t have it. Good size wouldn’t want it to be smaller. Easily washed outer cover.

Purchased one of these for working from home, as I noticed I was starting to get some pain in my tailbone during long sessions sat at my desk. It works so well that I have now purchased one for when I'm working on site in the office. The support it gives my back is fantastic and combined with remembering to stand and take regular breaks, I hardly ever get tailbone pain.

I got sick of wasting money on different types of cushions that eventually made my coccyx/bum hurt, so I just bought a really nice, high-quality orthopaedic, soft memory foam, 5"inch thick pillow, to use as a seat cushion instead!..After many months of using it mostly on my gaming chair, I started to find it was a little too inconvenient and way too large for my gaming chair! (Plus it's tediously annoying having to constantly readjust it AND relocate it to and from my sofa to the gaming chair numerous times!).I did see THIS seat cushion a plethora of times when I was looking for one, from years ago, up to now; the popularity + high-rating from a wealth of reviews should have been enough for me to get it back then... but I finally have it now, so I will share my experience...Firstly, I want to make it very clear that I am immensely disappointed that I specifically ordered the version with the cooling "gel" layer covering the top of the cushion, only to be sent just the normal one WITHOUT it! (Really not happy about this at all!).And because it's the normal cushion, I get rather sweaty after sitting for little while!.. My other one's have gel layers, some are made of honeycombed gel altogether, or have gel-infusions within the memory foam itself, or, in the case of the super-soft 5"inch thick memory foam pillow, it has such little density that air can flow through it and prevents accumulative heat/sweat being trapped.But other than that, it's [this one] generally pretty good... exceptional even.I was hoping it was just a little thicker, but I suppose I got so used to using the pillow as a seat cushion, that the thickness/depth has warped my expectancy of a dedicated seat cushion!..It IS rather dense, but doesn't, or 'hasn't' yet, caused any 'sores' or discomfort, even in it's infancy before being properly 'moulded' over prolonged use, so it's already a strong contender before I even unlock it's true potential!After opening it, I was happy to find it's 'rolled-up' and not folded and then vacuum-sealed, so it almost immediately regained it's size.I had left it out overnight, and, as always, like every similar product, I removed it from it's cover to allow them both to 'air-out' AND maximise the cushion's potential to 'plump-up'.It is a decent size, perfect in-fact, so it fits well in each desired location.I was hoping that the tail-end of it arched-up considerably more, so as to provide extra lumbar (lower-back) support, but they only really cradle your 'rear-end' instead...The contours could have been more raised at the back, but it definitely does suffice as it is - plus in it's entirety, the shapes are very subtle/minimal when you're actually seated upon it; while I can speculate what it COULD have been like if it were the way I expected, I can say with absolute certainty that it IS significantly more comfortable than the majority of alternatives.The non-slip resistance is also much more effective than practically every other one I have tried, so it doesn't need constant readjusting!I do actually feel a welcoming sense of pain relief to my arthritic symptoms, so I can definitely recommend this!The cover feels incredibly soft & velvety; the zip does feel a bit too 'flimsy' though - I can see that breaking at some point.***(UPDATE/EDIT)***I forgot to mention that it's around 3.2"inches high, which is pretty good considering how dense it is.I have used this daily now for many, many months, and personally use it with one of those honeycombed gel cushion/pads underneath it to create an even surface for it to rest upon, as my gaming chair has those raised sides on either side of the seat to cradle you into the centre of the seat...Without it, this would not fit comfortably, but with it, the cushion fits perfectly!It has not warped, or developed any wear/damage in any way, and the cover is still in excellent condition after extended use; this really is a quality product!***

Works to relieve pain and pressure, great value, I love it so much this is my second order (and I have bought and/or recommended it for gifts for friends and family). Can't sit in a "normal chair" anymore now without it!

Me ha gustado porque en verdad absorbe el peso, tiene buena densidad y ayuda...pero honestamente le falta anchura. Tal vez para alguien bajo quede bien pero no para una persona de tamaño promedio con un poco sobrepeso.Diría que para ser perfecto, habría qué agregarle al menos 10 cm y así las asentaderas no quedarán volando al aire.Pero si eres flaco-normal y no muy alto (menos de 170 cm), sin duda es algo que debes tener, los demás que he probado eran una porquería y los que son supuetamente mejores cuestan miles. Éste artículo tiene el balance exacto de calidad precio.

I looked up lots of tailbone support cushions online (I mean, I read the reviews and all) but this one convinced me in the end. After buying it, I can happily say that I was right in my decision. It does not flatten out, and it is made of thick, quality memory foam. It is wide enough for any office chair, it does not slide and it perfectly supports my tailbone. Also, it comes with a zipped cover. Great buy!

This seat cushion prevents pain in the lower back a bit. I use it at home and when I go out for dinner. Useful.

This chair cushion really helps my aching back and sciatica pain when seated at my desk. Its a must have if you spend a lot of your day seated. I wasn't sure I would like the split back design but that plus the firm contoured cushion design is just what makes it a terrific product. I recommend this with 5+ stars
