Great but small problem with pill design.
Love the product, but there's some problem witj the design or texture of the pill. I have no trouble swallowing pills, even several at a time with water, but this one sticks to my throat. Tried breaking it up into 2 and even 3 pieces, and it's still hard. I now chew on it, which is easy because it has absolutely no taste. I love the formula & the fact that it's one a day, so I guess I'll keep on getting it, but they should give some thought to pill design if other customers have the same problem.

Label is deceiving
Although the label would have you believe that this product is entirely plant-based, sadly, that is not the case. I thought the price was too good to be true, and now I know why. Although the label purports to have a lot of plant-based ingredients, the main reason I am taking it, CALCIUM, is in large part from calcium carbonate, the least bioavailable and absorptive of all forms of calcium. I will keep looking for a product that is really "plant based." This is very disappointing. I am giving two stars since the product contains digestive enzymes and probiotics.

Cannot vouch for the real effect, but the components look all right: various Ca salts should guarantee decent absorption overall.An unexpected benefit - the pill is soft enough to not only break in half easily but being chew-able. Those huge Ca pills are hard to swallow (they all large) and it's a definite plus to be able grind the pill by the teeth and wash down with water.

Awesome Product!
I like the plant based calcium, it's gives you an excellent source of calcium without the side effect of constipation. This product is excellent and easy to take just once a day. I would recommend this product to anyone. I just started using this product so I will update you with any other information I have to report.

Good food based calcium, better price
Good calcium at a good price. I like it and feel better in my stomach taking it than calcium carbonate or other forms. Beyond that, I don't know that I've had the product long enough to really say, though in some ways no news is good news.

not so good
I am pretty sure this bottle did not contain 90 tablets. At 2 tablets per day it should have lasted 45 days and it did not. Also, several of the tablets were broken so I had to count out pieces to take.
