Good arrows
SOLID arrows pretty straight they are a lil bigger than 5/16. Had to use my dowell maker to make the tip smaller for the field tips. Other than that they come pretty straight. Minor striaghting bought these for my manchu bow! Loved the so much i made some for my 50# recurve bow!!

Super straight shafts
I've been making my own traditional arrows for a while now using Port Oxford Cedar and wanted to try these. They are come super straight and the nodes are sanded down smooth. I wanted to keep these arrows traditional but also add a screw in arrowheads insert which worked great. I used a normal insert for a carbon shaft and it let these shafts accept plenty of screw in arrow head types. The shafts came tapered to the nock and on average weighed 75 grains per pound more when compared to a bare PO cedar shaft of the same diameter and lenght.(11/32) The shafts were a little heavier than I expected but they performed very well and are mostly ready outside of the box short of tips, fletching, and nock wraps. I was very pleased with these and they made fine arrows. The only downside for me was that they are a little on the heavy side, but not enough for me to care.

Great deal on bamboo arrow shafts.
I am very pleased with the speed of shipping (two and a half weeks from China) and the quality of my bamboo arrow shafts. The color was darker then the photo on the description but I think the darker brown looks even better. The shafts also had self nocks cut and polished. The ends were plugged with more bamboo another step saved for me. The nodes have been sanded down and the shaft was as straight as I could ever make it. Lastly, the shafts were laquered wonderfully smooth. This is my time building and shooting with bamboo arrows. I had always used cedar or poplar. Now I am a huge fan of bamboo. These are very tough arrows. I shoot a 60# flat bow and miss often. The arrows have hit solid wood fence posts, steel sheds. And a few rocks too. I have not lost a shaft yet. This seller offers a great product at the best price I could find. I have already ordered a second batch of 12. Hope the second batch is the same. I will post another review. Thank you "e5e10" Very happy with my purchase

Teach the children
This is a great deal for the price. ESPECIALLY if you are a family with many bows. Buying several dozen allows you to sort them out for different poundage of bows. Not perfect, but definitely worth it, if you are not a lazy person. You can fletch differently, add points of different types and weights, and it's all about teaching your children all these different aspects of arrows.

much better than i expected a few things to note before you buy
the shaft for the most part is done now heres the thing im about to make arrows i have screw ons and push on broadheads these shafts are probably best for a push on they are sanded around the tip but they are also a small center hole im about to drill it bigger but it does seem like if you wanted you could just screw the broad head right into that hole its just thinner than the average screw on broadhead so itll work there and doing a nice wrap where they sanded is another good idea for these make it look nicer. there is glue around the tip part tho maybe its the coating on the arrow itself and it built up . these bamboo arrows are straight straight enough for me to not want to buy aluminum arrows id rather build these i love the bamboo tapers now thatll be the real deciding factor of aluminum vs bamboo arrow aluminum is completely straight smooth body like i said these taper as you know bamboo is layered if i can manage the shot with these to be accurate than ill choose these lets hope they aren't wild shooters. Edit: alright guys i tried to bore out the arrow to get those screw on caps so you can change broadheads i seen one dudes post saying he did it but these will not do that i didnt ruin but i cracked 2 arrows one was done by me trying to get the screw insert in idk if its cause they sanded the tip already or if the arrow just to thin but anyways dont bore it out. you can screw some into there but still i would just buy the tap on broadhead not the screw ins

Skip the hard work, Get straight to shooting!
Awesome shafts best bang for your buck. Anyone with a bad review is simply without the knowledge of traditional arrow craft. If you are a true fletcher these are great shafts with all the tedious work done for you. Most spines between 55-65lbs 540gr-565gr with afew oddballs easily made into matching sets DISCLAIMER: THREAD/BEESWAX INSTALLED ON MY PICTURES DOES NOT COME WITH PRODUCT. THIS IS A STEP YOU HAVE TO DO YOURSELF. THESE ARE NOT COMPLETE ARROWS, RATHER A "FINISH YOURSELF". IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS DO NOT PURCHASE. GO TO WALMART AND BUY YOUE CHEAP CARBON ARROWS.
