I tried it with Yogurt as suggested and it was really lovely and mixed really easily. It's not overly sweet with no synthetic chemically taste and works with a low carb keto diet. The quantity is good -I use 40g and 250mls of unsweetened soya or semi skimmed lactose free milk . They are filling and absolutely work to stop me snacking and have reduced my desire for sweet things. I use these when at home to replace breakfast and lunch and I will continue using them and will try out more flavours.
