Sweeter Hair Growth
I loved these little bears! They were the most chewable, tasty, stomach easy supplements I've tried. I noticed a difference in my hair AND nails in just months. My nail bed grew so much stronger. This was alot healthier without any sickness nor bad breakouts after. Definitely a buy for life

Buy it! It works
So I was on a gpl-1 med and my hair got so very thin. I'm not even 40 yet so it really freaked me out. Well a friend told me about SugarBear and I tried it. Not only do they taste amazing they are working. My hair is visibly thicker and it's only been 2mos. Amazing stuff.

These gummies can get it !! (They work)
Okay so.. itās been about a month of inconsistently-consistently taking my sugar bear gummies. Iām very happy to report that Iāve seen improvement in my hair length and even texture. I have very fine, broken hair from genetics and years of bleaching. Iāve been trying to grow it out healthy for quite some time and decided on a big chop last year. Since then itās been a battle and I consistently have split ends. However, after taking my gummies Iāve noticed my hair seems thicker all throughout and even at the ends. And, it may be hard for some to tell but it is definitely longer. Iām excited to see how it turns out after some more months, but I would already highly recommend this product. Only docked one star because I think they taste weird! Happy hair journey

B6 not listed on bottle but high B6 in bloodwork!
TL;DR: Sugar Bear please add B6 to the printed label. Don't take too many gummies or you'll risk neurological and emotional distress. I NEVER write Amazon reviews, but I want to share my experience. This rating is to grab the attention of the company, will happily update when they correct the label. The bottle is missing vitamin B6 as an ingredient, but my bloodwork confirms that there is indeed B6 and likely biotin. These bears are tasty. I took 2x a day before I realized they were once daily. Around the same time, I had a "test-me-for-everything" bloodwork panel. My vitamin B6 was HIGH. I checked the bottle -- no B6 listed, but clearly it's in there. I was not taking any other supplements at the time. At the same time, I had tingly palms and felt like needles were driving through my toenails. My doctor said that high B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy. The fun doesn't stop there! Did you know that high doses of biotin can interfere with the results[1] of Hepatitis B (HBV) tests? I learned this after getting a false positive Hepatitis B core antibody (HBcAb or anti-HBc) test in August, indicating that I had been infected with hep B at one point in my life, even with the vaccine. This was was distressing on so many levels -- it confused and consumed me. Even though it made no sense, I had to disclose this information to the possible source. It was so painful and confusing for us. My doctor suggested I stop the supplements so we could re-test the B6. We decided to run more Hep B tests and repeat the panel for good measure. The core antibody went from positive to negative! So I went from having been infected in the past to having never been infected, while still having immunity from the vaccine. There is much more to the blood panel, but the gist is that biotin very likely caused the initial false positive results. All other tests returned negative. Now, was this user error? Definitely -- I am no victim, I for sure messed up :) However, the label on the bottle needs to have B6. Just be careful with supplements, folks. Go get yourself some candy if you want something sweet -- DON'T overdo it on these! [1] https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0009898120300218

This helped me slow down hair loss, but when I stopped talking it the hair loss returned.
They are a little expensive, but they seem to work. I'm on my 3rd bottle. I took first bottle thinking I'll try it... who knows. I didn't really see a difference at first. I sit in my chair and have a habit of running my fingers through my hair getting rid of tangles when I am on the phone. Usually every time I end up having about 10-15 stands come out every time I comb through my hair with my hands to the point I was getting very concerned! Then shower after and as I'm shampooing and conditioning more would come out in my hands. Plus, I'd need to clear the drain several times to get water to drain and even after shower and after water had all drained go back and clear the rest of the hair out of drain. I've always had very thick hair. I keep it below shoulders but above or at bra strap range. So back to the first bottle. I had been taking them every day, and I was nearing 3 week and trying to decide if I should order another bottle and had decided not to waste the money. A few days later, I was chatting on the phone with my mom and running my fingers through my hair... like I do, and noticed only 2-3 strands of hair in my fingers each time. I was shocked. I kept running my hands through my hair and sometimes only 1 strand or none. I took a shower, least amount of hair in my drain than I've seen in a very long time! So I ordered my second btl. I wasn't as diligent about taking it daily and with this stay at home order where I live, different from shelter in place orders other states have, I got a little down and at a time where I should be upping all my supplement intake to keep my immune system healthy, I got down and wasn't taking much of anything. I started noticing handfuls of hair coming out each time again. So I started back on my gummies about 2 week's ago and put in my order for my next bottle and received it yesterday. So I haven't noticed thicker hair yet, but my hair didn't get down to half its thickness in just a month. It took a year and a half to really get thin. I will say that it's already started slowing down the hairs I lose every time I run my fingers through it. I did notice that my scalp is less visible when I'm styling it ( that I noticed after the first month I started taking them). Biotin and folic acid are very important to hair and growth. But what is also important to know is B vitamins work together. So this product contains 5B vitamins (B6,B9,B12,B7, and B5). The only thing I wish they would remove is the blue coloring. I usually attempt to stay away from food colorings. I mean who cares what color it is as long as it works. Plus I prefer not to have extra toxic ingredients, and I would love if they added all the B vitamins. I'm going to finish my second bottle and start my third with no long gaps this time to see how things go, but in the interim I'm also going to look for a good liquid B complex as well. Just a side note if you didn't already glean this little tidbit of knowledge from my long winded review, when you stop taking these you will go back to losing your hair. It's not a one time quick fix! However, that is with everything in life. You stop eating junk food for a month, you feel great and lose weight and have more energy and are healthier for those changes and choices made. You go back to eating junk and you go back to where you were before. Any healthy changes you choose to make in your life you will need to continue in order to keep seeing results. I hope this helps anyone that has a bit of time on their hands to read it. š Clearly I had a bit of extra time on my hands to write it considering most of us are staying at home until we can return to work.

Not worth the hype. Review is long, but worth the read
Iām a AA with 4A/4B hair texture. Iāve taken hair, skin, and nail vitamins and other vitamins in the past, but I prefer the gummies because they are more convenient to take. I was previously take Natureās Bound (check the name ) strawberry, but I didnāt really see a difference. I searched the internet and these had great reviews. I took these a few months ago in December and purchased some for my sister, she had positive feedback. At that time, I didnāt really see a difference, but it was only one month. So starting June of this year, I took the vitamins consistently, in fact, I only missed two days of dosage and that was very early on. So, I purchased some for July. Well, lately Iāve been noticing a few things, but the only thing that has changed for me is the vitamin intake. 1. I pee a lot, I mean a lot. At first I thought it was my increased water intake, but even when I donāt drink as much or I stop drinking several hours before bed and void my system, Iām waking up at least one time, sometimes two times a night. I remember hearing about if your body doesnāt need something it eliminates it, Iām thinking with the excessive amounts of vitamins (more than likely biotin (see below for why I think why )) my body is eliminating it. 2. I have box braids in, Iāve had box braids in since I started the vitamins. I do believe my hair has grown a lot, but I donāt think itās the vitamins. The reason why, when I have box braids in and Iām using JBCO and wild growth oil, my hair grows out faster. Iāve also added rice water to the mix and deep condition every two weeks. Again, I canāt say the vitamins didnāt help at all, but (see next point ) but consider everything else Iām doing and results in the past, itās hard to believe itās from the vitamins. 3. My nails havenāt changed, my skin has experience a few minor breakouts. Iām 30, so the days of teenage acne, thankfully is long gone. However, around my menstrual I still experience hormonal acne and when Iām stressed. I havenāt been stressed so much lately and Iām on a BC that eliminates my periods. Also, usually when I get acne or a few breakouts at this stage, itās on my chin, well since taking these vitamins, Iāve had acne on my forehead. Not much, just a bump here and there, which I havenāt had since I was a teenager, so this is huge for me. Also, my nails are still brittle . Iāve taken Hairfinity years ago and the first thing I noticed was my nails improving. My nails never had an issue growing long, but staying strong, they always are brittle. About two months before taking the vitamins, I decided not to do anything to my nails, just try and file them and keep them healthy. Well, my nails are still brittle . Not saying the vitamins were supposed to change that, but I would have hoped to see some benefits with my hair(which is still up for debate just a tiny bit) , skin, or nails . 4. This is probably the most important factor, my vitamin levels are still low. I understand that sometimes when you are on these types of vitamins you can have false positive with blood vitamin test and other blood test, but this isnāt my case. I recently went to the doctor and received a blood panel. Iāve been having some other issues as well as feeling fatigue. Guess what, I have vitamin d deficiency, Iām not surprised my dad has it, and I avoid the sun like the plague now, I live in Florida. My vitamin D levels are low, Iām on a regimen for 12 weeks (most people do 6-8 weeks and go to just taking calcium ). Also, I failed to tell my doctor I was taking the hair, skin, and nail vitamins, but after getting these results, and others she told me to take a multi vitamin and take one with iron. Iām not a doctor, but here are my thoughts , the vitamins contain a daily dosage of vitamin d, I know with a deficiency itās possible that the vitamins did help me some in this area and I was just still low. But for her to look at my overall results and still recommend that I take a multi vitamin, is a little alarming. Again, I understand that this is NOT a multi vitamin, but I would have just thought that I would be receiving a sufficient amount of the vitamins stated in the bottle , maybe my body did not simply adjust. This review is not to bash the vitamins, but just my experience. Iām going to stop taking them. If nothing changes, Iāll take the review down (meaning I found out my issues were related to something else ). Iāve read tons of positive reviews about the vitamins, so Iām praying they were all accurate and Iām a rare case, however I will be reading in my $30 vitamins for some that are half the price that includes iron and less things that I donāt need. Disclaimer: I know that these are not miracle pills and these things usually only help people who are experiencing a shortage of vitamins from their diet, but I would encourage you that if you have any concern see a doctor and receive accurate info about what vitamins you need. If you canāt see a doctor, start with an OTC (over the counter ) vitamin thatās half the cost, look into other things for nail and skin health, and tea and eat healthier
