Game-Changer for Workouts โ Solid, Comfortable, and Adjustable
This Wolf Tactical Adjustable Weighted Vest has been an awesome addition to my training gear. Right out of the box it feels solid and well-built โ the materials are rugged without being overly bulky. I like that itโs adjustable, so I can dial in the exact weight I need for different workouts instead of hauling around a one-size-fits-none vest. Iโve used it for everything from WODs and runs to bodyweight circuits and it stays secure and comfortable even when Iโm moving fast. The fit doesnโt bounce around, and the padding is actually way more comfortable than I expected for a weighted vest. The way the weight plates distribute feels balanced, and it doesnโt dig into my shoulders, which is a huge plus for longer workouts. I also appreciate that itโs easy to adjust โ I can swap weights or tighten it down in seconds. Overall, this vest is excellent value for the quality you get. Whether youโre adding extra challenge to CrossFit, strength training, running, or conditioning, this thing delivers. Definitely recommend it if you want a versatile, durable weighted vest that actually works.

Adjustable and comfortable!
Absolutely love this vest! I bought it to replace my old one to run the Murph this year. It is comfortable, has just the right amount of padding, itโs adjustable so the fit was great. I loved not having to constantly hold or adjust the vest while running or preforming exercises. It was not bulky or in the way at all and I will definitely be training with this vest often.

Great vest
After wanting a weight vest for years, I finally did my research and went with this wolf tactical weight vest. I am very pleased with this vest. It is built to last. The padding is exceptional. It is very comfortable to wear and I have not had any movement issues while working out. I do a lot of CrossFit type workouts and havenโt had a single issue. The weights fit in the vest nicely and stay secured. I canโt speak on the longevity of the vest because Iโve only done a few workouts so far. I would highly recommend getting this vest if you are on the market for one.

Best vest a $100 can buy.
thereโs a couple things that stand out about the vest that went above and beyond my expectations: (1) it was very comfortable. I didnโt know what two-8.75 lb steel plates would feel like on my torso, and as somebody who has never run with weights before I gotta say, it feels like a lot of weight at first, but you get used to it easily. The shoulder straps are comfortable and donโt chaff the skin, though I recommend you run with a shirt beneath it or a tank. The Velcro straps that secure the vest are fixed to your torso, and you can make them as tight as you want. I ran 5 miles with this carrier on in 90 degree heat and they felt great. I do wish that the plates were curved to fit the chest a little better, but it didnโt bother me after a while into my run. (2) they look great and give you some confidence for your workouts. You can get the carrier in a variety of colors or patterns but I went with the green because it looked the best to me.

Cool looking, but better options for rucking
This is a cool-looking, well-made vest. I have two 8.75 lb metal plates, and it totals a little more than 20lb. It makes you look hip and tough in the BOX, doing the WOD. Did it, done it. You also look tough, rucking around in the neighbor hood park with this "tactical" vest. And like many cool looking things, it really may not be the best for what your are doing. First, it feels heavier than it should because of how it hangs on the shoulders and crushes the traps. The metal plates compress your chest and back awkwardly and hinder breathing when you tighten it to keep from moving while doing jumping and running activities. It is a bit of a pain going over your head. In short, it feels just like wearing two metal plates to your chest and back and, of course, that is mentally stimulating and rewarding to one's ego. However.... I bought a much simpler weighted vest , Zelus with "iron sand" of the same total weight (20 lb) for my wife to go rucking. I tested both on the same scale while wearing them (I tared/zeroed the scale, then stepped on while were wearing the vests.) Wow, what a difference, the weight was distributed so much better around my shoulder and back that I felt like I was hardly wearing anything at all. I weight them both again, yep, both 20 lbs. Then my wife and I both compare the Zelus vs the Wolf Tactical for rucking local hilly trails for 3 miles. The Zelus was so much more comfortable. My traps were much less sore with the Zelus, while with Wolf Tactical, after 20 min, my traps are yelling. So, if you are just walking or hiking, get something simpler like the Zelus with "iron sand". I just bought a 30 lb Apexup with "iron sand". It still feels lighter than than the 20lb total with Wolf Tactical. I've been rucking with it for over a week, and I will never go back to metal plate vests for walking/rucking. But if you are in the BOX, the superior knowledge of looking cool, the increased pain while smashing your shins during box jumps, and the chest squeeze while flailing on the butterfly kippy stuff will make the Wolf Tactical vest with metal plates a worthy investment.

3 Years and Still Holding Up
I bought this for my husband for Christmas in 2023. He rucks 3-4 times a week and it is still in the same condition as it was when it was new. He leaves it on the ground in the garage and the edges aren't frayed or torn. The velcro is still pristine. It is a high quality vest.

Great vest, but a little inconvenient to get in and out of
I want to like this weight vest so bad, but I'm not sure I'll be able to keep it. It's as comfortable as a weighted vest can be, looks great, and appears to be of good quality. However, I have a previous back injury, and for some reason, this particular vest caused a sciatica flare up. That may have more to do with the weight of the inserts rather than the vest itself, so I still gave the vest 5 stars. With the 20lb inserts, it was super hard on the back and shoulders, they felt was heavier than how it feels to carry 20lbs in your hands. The vest itself is very adjustable and stays in place when you run or are moving a lot. It is a little bit of a hassle to get in and out of though, definitely not as convenient as the ones that you can just throw on and snap together. For convenience, I'd go with one of those but for durability and stability during movement, this one for sure.

This vest is amazing
This vest is amazing. Fits great with the curved plates. Looks really cool just like a military tactical vest.
