What else will i need with Complete Solar Panel Kit 200W Mono: 2pc 100W Solar Panels+20' Adapter Kit+P beside battery and solar panal extension cable?

If this is an isolated unit you will need batteries and the proper cables. I daisy chained two 12v car batteries (720 CCA) together. I used 12 gage stranded wire (positive and negative) designed for car audio and soldiered the ends. I squared the ends soldered ends so they would fit properly into the solar charge controller. If you want AC power as I did I ran two more 12 gage wires (positive and negative) for the inverter. I hooked up a 1200 watt power inverter with 12v USB and other power options. This is an isolated 120v AC system and will run several lights, TV, radio, etc.

Hi I'm looking for the same but off grid, is this off grid or could I get one of the same off grid?

This IS an off-grid system. I have never been on-grid at my present location. I run 24/7 with 4 of these kits (8 panels), feeding a set of 4 panels through the included 30-amp charger to recharge 3 large deep-cycle batteries each set (6 batteries altogether). The batteries feed an 800-watt Cobra inverter (also from Amazon) to provide all the power I need. For high-drawing electrical shop tools, I use a 3500-watt LPG generator. Complicated question. You need to figure out how much power your appliance use and how long you plan to use them each day. I am using 4 6 volt golf cart battery's. All together I have 464 amp hours. Batteries in parallel and in series. Do not use regular car battery. There is a formula out there, i don't know it.
