It clearly clears mucus and phlegm. I know it helps me so much.

Read the label Buyer beware
This product doesn NOT show the contents and amounts. So I bought this product. When you have the bottle you learn that you should take 2 tablets a day, meaning you have a 15 day supply. Pretty pricey!! The first ingredient is D3 5000 mg a very inexpensive supplement and in a small dosage. You can also buy the Citicoline if you prefer and for for less money. The third bullet point is this Did you know throat phlegm is one of the brain's ways of protecting the body when it doesn’t have the nutrients it needs? Use Vitaae for throat phlegm support as well as a nootropic brain boost. Really? Do you want to stop your bodies protective action? If something is wrong with your nutrients better you fix your diet. Now the rest of the ingredients- I dont want to know so I am not going any further. Reviews are always a good thing to watch.

This product is a joke. It did not help with throat phlegm at all. Gave me stomach pain. FYI if you have a partial thyroid such as I or no thyroid, this has folate (iron) in it which is not good. My doctor says to stay off iodine. Wish I had noticed this as one of the ingredients before I ordered. Taste is horrible. Dosage is 2 a day so you will be spending a fortune to keep taking this. As far as for brain inflammation, my doctor says it would take years to heal brain inflammation.
