I use these sheets in my dehydrator to dry chopped-up chicken breast to make cheap dog treats. You must use something like this to prevent the small pieces of meat gluing themselves onto the rack trays. They are very effective and, after drying for 12 hours, the pieces just fall off the sheets with no trouble at all.

Easily cut to size for dehydrator trays which I find aid in the drying process. Particularly food for small items such as drying seeds that would otherwise fall through the tray grill. I think the sheets I have spare will come in handy for lining oven trays to stop biscuits sticking.

These have just arrived… they feel sticky! I read other reviews and should have noted this. I have had to cut them to size and cut a hole in the middle.. there are liners out there with pre cut holes. I can’t return now cut… hoping they do the job !
