Came fast, worked great on my upgrade from 9 to 11 speed.

After 3 weeks of moderate use, one trip to Northstar, and one redo of cable, I have to say that this cassette has been worth every penny! I converted my 2x8 to 1x11 and have had great success in doing so. Easy to install, adjust and has proven to be reliable so far!

Great item! And it looks absolutly outstanding on my bike. It makes an exciting ride, go above and beyond while grabing another gear as you are peddling wide open As you take in the changing trail ahead. And to know the gear you will need to continue shredding, and not breaking stride,the gear you will need next, will be right there when you ask for it ! Confidence Rocks

Got this cassette to expand the range on my old MTB that I converted to a gravel bike. I didn't have to upgrade to the newer style freehub body, so I could just swap this for the old cassette and put on a new derailleur and I was good to go. Shimano always shifts smoothly, even in their more budget-oriented products. You can easily spend 5x as much money for a 12-speed cassette with basically the same range (which also would have required me to buy a new shifter, and freehub) or you can go this route. This is cassette is definitely a great bang for your buck.

On the heavy side but is the best option for converting to a 1 by with a non-boost frame. My rig was 3x9 stock, I upgraded to 2x11 and when this cassette came out I got rid of the front mech altogether. Shifts great, has decent road speed and climbs like a beast with a 34T ring up front.

Used on a 1x bike build with a sram flat top chain and a Wheeltop shifter - works amazing. Only downside is that it's pretty heavy. But it's a big cassette!

Heavy but allows you to go to a 51t climbing gear in 11 speed. You should also account for at least a new RD as native 11 speed RDs are not going to be happy going way outside of their range up top. Ratios are good, usually there's not enough bandwidth to make a good spread but this works fine.

I purchased this for an emergency fix on my bike. I ended up not using it because it didn't fit but one thing is like to mention is that all the teeth are different sizes and shapes. I don't understand why it's not uniform and I don't understand why it has engravings in the metal to make it look pretty. I can only assume that the thinner parts of the metal might cause issues later on. All I can say is that just looking at it made me not trust it all that much

There is another 11 speed Deore cassette by shimano just like this one, except it has 11-42 teeth. I chose the 11-51 teeth because it is better for the climb, so keep that in mind. Not much to say, its a Shimano so you wont be disappointed. Fits on any HyperGlide hub and it comes with the lock ring.
