You will receive 4 neon orange highlighter pencils packaged in a clear, biodegradable wrapper made from wood cellulose AND a wooden jumbo sharpener. Eco highlighters have a natural wood finish (no lacquer or varnish). Unlike standard fiber tip highlighters, these jumbo dry highlighter pencils are eco-friendly and use no plastics, no ink solvents, and no volatile organic compounds. You can use them completely and compost the shavings and stubs. The pencils are jumbo size and very long lasting, will not bleed through thin pages, leak, or dry out. Sharpen with a JUMBO pencil sharpener (included with purchase). PLEASE NOTE - dry highlighters are different than conventional ink or gel highlighters made of plastic and chemicals. Depending on the type of paper, you may need to press harder to see the highlight. The intended use is highlighting over printed text (example: textbooks, Bibles, bank statements, schematics, printed documents, medical records…) When highlighting over pencil or delicate copy, smearing may occur. If this happens, use the highlighter to underline the words and/or highlight the white space between the lines of text. This will give the same effect as highlighting a body of copy without bleeding or smearing.
