So, first thing: the picture doesn’t look like the same in person. It’s transparent with barely a hint of the pretty colors as seen on Amazon. The contents are what truly matters. Will update after trying it. Joico has turned out to be a line that my hair likes (so far, the blonde life mask and this hair oil). The oil is super light; you only need a dime size amount (I just chopped 8 inches off so it's now a long lob) longer hair may need 2 dime drops. There is a slight divine smell that is a fresh flower not at all what people imagine when they hear the word flower... it's faint and lovely. It leaves my hair shiny, and it feels nourished. Excellent priced product and I am so pleased it worked out because as much as I love Kerastase and Oribe; the prices for 1oz bottles of hair oil for $50 +... not justifiable at least for me in our present economic climate. Bought this with the shampoo and conditioner. Smells great and due to my fine hair only one drop was enough to bring the shine to my hair. Due to me having oily hair I only apply it to the middle to end of hair. It makes my hair feel soft and shiny. Functions as promised in the claims. It is a long lasting product as I don't have to use much at all for my hair. Great value for the money as I do not have to use much.
