Hold the bottle by the neck firmly, fill slowly and carefully approximately 2/3 to allow for water to disperse when in use. It is important to expel any excess air from the bottle before replacing the stopper, and ensure it is secured tightly to prevent leakage.

The box and paperwork makes no mention of where it is made, but on a tiny tag inside the cover it clearly states "designed in the UK, MADE IN CHINA" The bottle that came with it was dirty, which was weird. It is also very heavy and not comfortable at all. A rice sock is much more comfortable and easy to wear and deal with. It's cute, but over priced and deceptive about the origin of manufacturing. Don't be fooled. I returned mine.

Very misleading to say this is a product of the UK. The box and paperwork makes no mention of where it is made, but on a tiny tag inside the cover it clearly states "designed in the UK, MADE IN CHINA" The bottle that came with it was dirty, which was weird. It is also very heavy and not comfortable at all. A rice sock is much more comfortable and easy to wear and deal with. It's cute, but over priced and deceptive about the origin of manufacturing. Don't be fooled. I returned mine.
