I tried the amla powder mixed with water, but it's acidic and might erode my teeth. This is a nice way to get the benefits without the teeth drawback.

Thin hair looks good
I’m taking Amla for genetic high cholesterol. Looking forward to getting it checked again soon, after 6 months of using this instead of citrus bergamot which didn’t do anything. So I don’t know yet about the cholesterol drop but what I do know is that my hair looks great. I’ve gotten compliments on it. Firstly it’s grown so quick. A hands length in 6 months- That’s a lot. I’ve always had super thin hair and now it looks luxurious and sorta thick! I used to perm my hair or dye it. This gives it a natural boost. I probably will still take it even if my cholesterol doesn’t drop because I like the hair and apparently it’s high in vit C too.

Lowest LDL of my life
My spouse and I both take this. Our cholesterol levels have never been better. Be patient, it takes a while. I know everyone is different, and diet will make a difference in results, but in our sample of two people, this is amazing.
