This is my second product from Mountainlife and it is as rewarding as the first. I messaged the company about their product and they explained the "Cracking" process the pine cell casing has to go through. Take 1/2 to 1 tbsp per day adding it to water or smoothies. You can also enjoy it as a natural tea however it is recommended not to use boiling water as they may damage the vital components within the Pine Pollen Powder
