Made the job easier and faster than using hand powered shears
My husband and I have enjoyed using this tool to trim the fresh growth on our box hedging and our shaped cones, spirals and sphere shaped box plants. We found the grass shear attachment ideal for trimming and tidying the plants. We would use the hedge cutting attachment if we needed to cut into steamier growth, all in all a lightweight and easy to use cordless shears which made the job easy and quicker than using hand shears plus better control with the shears giving us a nice finish, comes with its own carry case and of course its own battery and charger. Good quality product and reliable, batteries last what it says.
I'm not a person that usually takes the time to leave reviews but this product deserves it. It's really good and tough as expected from Stihl brand. I had another hand strimmer from unknown brand and had to keep recharging the batteries with this one I managed to do the whole IVY plant on the front of my house with 2 batteries. Super happy with the product really recommend it to anyone. Pictures talk by themselves!

Being so easy to use means I can do lots of trimming and pruning jobs in no time
Getting all my autumn tidy jobs done in no time. Great for trimming shrubs and cutting down perennials. The grass edging tool is brilliant. My garden has never looked so tidy. Definitely recommend.

Surpassed expectations
Even better than I'd expected. Good combination of light weight and robustness. Lasts very well on a single charge. Bear in mind it's not suitable for heavy hedge or shrubbery maintenance, but is ideal for all those smaller jobs like Lonicera and sedges

Borrowed one of these to trim my bushes, I loved it now I have my own.

You'll need to buy a proper case or bag to keep this equipment in
There's nothing wrong with the shears - they're the usual Stihl quality and, I suppose, justify the high price ....but ..... why on earth didn't Stihl design a proper case in which to keep this equipment and its chargers and batteries? The case you get looks OK in a photo ...but when it's delivered you find that there are no ends to the case - it's just a square tube, a wrapper rather than rather than a proper box. Who on earth in Stihl thought this was a good idea?
