If you have a problem with constipation this is a phenomenal supplement. If you are only having a problem with bloating due to IBS do not purchase this. This product works really well as a stool softener to get your stool moving, but I had severe cramping with it. It reminds me a lot of senokot. I only took the product for two days and had to stop since I was cramping so bad.

I’m pretty down with these! Just a mild help but I feel much less full!

My tummy is never flat & I’ve tried tons of products to fix that. But though I think these pills are priced too high I’m placing another order! They’re the only thing that works for me, except drinking wheatgrass juice… which is lots more money & trouble!

Caused an upset stomach in the beginning.

So these definitely help keep the bloat down. The only thing I don’t like is if I take them on an empty stomach they make me nauseous.

I find it help get rid of that bloat !
