I own some decent size real gold chains, 4mm-8mm but when it comes to everyday wear I prefer gold stainless steel. A lot of people don’t know this but a lot of the jewelry you see all these celebrities wearing, a lot of the time it’s just stainless steel. Now the diamonds and other precious stones may be authentic but stainless steel is 75% cheaper then the extremely soft Gold. Stainless steel also will not tarnish or change, you won’t have a allergic reaction to it. Not to mention it’s 10x stronger then any gold piece of Jewelry out there. We all know what the karats of gold mean when it says 10,14,18,22kt gold. That number is the amount of pure gold in that piece of jewelry. As I said before gold is extremely soft and brittle. It’s rare you see a man wearing a 22k gold chain due to the fact it’s going to have a much higher chance of it breaking if it got snagged or caught on something. Unless this guy just doesn’t have a active lifestyle. Now women on the other hand you will see it not saying they’re less active but they’re active activities are more then likely not as aggressive as a mans. Also when you see people with grills in there mouth, gold grills are almost 95% of the time done in 10kt gold which is one of the least amounts of pure gold. I believe you can get 8 & 6kt gold pieces of jewelry. But with 10kt it’s going to be 6x stronger then the 14 Kt gold which is why they use that to make grills with. It’s gold less pure gold and more than FB the other precious metals they use.Sorry I just wanted to give a brief explanation for the karats of gold and the difference from real gold and gold stainless steel.I know it says all on this page and will say in the jewelry box when you receive your chain, not to wear it sleeping, swimming, avoid water all together, do not apply cologne or perfume on the necklace etc. look, I just recently got mine so I can’t give you a accurate answer I can only speak of past experiences. I’m assuming this is a legit company and that they are in fact using 316ss which is the absolute best in terms of stainless steel jewelry. So if they are in fact using stainless steel for their base materials then you should be able to wear this necklace and not worry about anything. The reason I think they give all these handling rules is to help prolong the loss of gold on the necklace. Eventually, many years from now the chain will start to loose its gold look because ultimately that’s either just bonded or plated to the stainless steel. So to have your necklace last a life time then follow those handling instructions. Me on the other hand I’m not going to bother with any of that. Who wants to keep taking and putting on the jewelry they just bought. What I will do and have done with any stainless steel jewelry is anytime I take a shower, or swimming I also dry it off with a soft towel or cloth. I never allow it to air dry. I also never apply cologne directly over it and that goes for any of my jewelry, 14k , to silver, to stainless steel. But other than those few instructions I personally use you should have nothing to worry about. Not to mention it’s not a expensive piece. I’ll give update after wearing it a few months.Sorry I know I just wrote a lot but when it’s things I’ve got a passion for I can sometimes get out of hand. As for now I certainly recommend this chain.

Decent chain. Looks somewhat real. However it doesn't say anything about 18k gold or gold plated or anything anywhere on it. It actually just says stainless steel.

Been hunting for a cuban link Gold chain for a while and getting the thickness was a challenge for me.I started off buying a 10mm thick chain off a different website and when I got it, it was way too thick.So I went down to the 8mm thixkness and 24 inches long and I thought it was perfect.I am curious to see how long it holds out and how quickly it wears off but it seems pretty high quality for the price point. Very nice chain.

I bought this necklace for my boyfriend for xmas and its literally perfect! he loves it, wears it everyday and has gotten it wet with no discoloration. I was a little sketched with buying jewelry especially something like this off amazon but its actually great and sooo worth the price even comes in a cute box it looks way more expensive than it is. Even his friends gas him up for his chain.. if you're thinking of buying it here's your sign do it! also came very quickshiny; thick and great weight also feels nice if that makes sense

Not bad. Only Complaint is that the links were not fully covered in gold. You can see metal where the links meet, on most links. I like the clasp and weight (could be heavier, but not bad)

too shiny. too yellow. plating scratches off. literally just says stainless steel. do i need to go on?? i really dont like this. the only thing it would be good for it hitting someone with. mabey chopping a zombies head off or summ

The chain latch won stay locked when I wear the chain and it fell off my neck a couple of times.so I stopped wearing it. Would like to return it.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’m very impressed with this product. The quality is really good it looks really nice and feels real. I think they could even charge more LOL the price was worth it if it didn’t look right I could’ve just thrown it away or returned it.

I'm delighted.The chain is highly finished, smooth-no sharp edges from the links, and one cannot feel it at all, doesn't pinch even if you sleep with it.It absorbs your body temperature instantly and becomes part of you.Mine is 6mm and it's just perfect width, I recommend this width to anyone who wants the look but nothing ostentatious, its an ideal proportion for an everyday look.I bet the 9mm looks great too, however....more of a statement.The product photos in the listing don't do the product any justice. It's tricky to photograph metals nicely. When I bought it I felt I was taking a risk, as one cannot appreciate the quality or construction at all... but it was such a good price I didn't mind the loss. I was pleasantly surprised.

Amazing lovely chain. It came in a nice box which is great for storage so it doesn't rub against any other jewlery. It is a bit lighter than expect bit thats ok as it doesn't weigh you down too much. It shines really well under the light. It also came with a 13 month warranty card. This is shows the seller or company cares and you know you are buying a good quality item and if you have issues you would think think everything would be sorted.

Now into week four of my chain and after showering with it on at least once a day sometimes twice combined with working outside in all winds and weathers recently it’s kept it’s shine and not let me down. I wear my wedding ring on my chain so wanted something with a good strong clasp that also looked good and this hasn’t let me down. Cracking work done here by the manufacturer and highly recommended.

Nothing not too like, will never rust or tarnish and looks great. Bought for teenage son and he wears it all the time. Came in a nice box and with a small gift bag, Makes a lovely present without breaking the bank.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Hübschen und Robusten Kette für denn Alltag! Ich hatte schon eine Zuverlässige Kette, jedoch wollte ich mal was neues Ausprobieren, ich habe mich dann für dieses Exemplar entschieden... mein Größter Fehler... nach dem 3. Tag ist bei der Kette mein Verschluss kaputt gegangen, sie bleicht nach normalen Baden schon aus... sie darf NICHT mit Wasser, Schweiß, Parfüm, starken Sonneneinstrahlungen und nicht Alltäglich getragen werden...Da kann ich sie auch gleich Kaufen und so wie sie ist in den Schrank legen!Ich bin zu tiefst enttäuscht, da hatte ich bereits billigeren Ketten die mindestens 5 Jahre hielten... Schade um die 50€ aber naja... bitte spart euch diesen Fehler und das Geld!
