2 Golden Weeping Willow Trees - Ready to Plant - Live Plants - Beautiful Arching Canopy

I'm new to gardening the willow tree cuttings were delivered in a nice packaging and also came with very clear instructions on how to prep and plant the cuttings that anyone can understand and follow. I expected a small mini tree that I could instantly plant on the ground but I received 5 cuttings about 10 inches tall and half an inch in diameter at first I didn't know how to go about planting them but the instructions helped a lot and a week later the cuttings are growing roots and leaves! In my opinion the cuttings are better than the "mini tree" I was expecting to receive because it's a great opportunity to grow a tree from the very beginning and watch your progress! Definitely recommend this product.

I ordered these and put them in cups to get the roots growing. Once the roots grew out I planted them in my backyard near where my irrigation system is the strongest because these need ridiculous amounts of water. We were going through a Spring drought. Out of over16 different willow cuttings I bought only 1 lived despite watering them daily. That one later died because we have been in a drought and the heat is just too much for them. I know they can grow in this area because many farms locally have them but do not think you are going to plant cuttings in the Spring with success. They are not durable enough and the rooting is too weak. These need to be planted indoors for at least a year to give them a chance at survival. What I don't like is that I took tons of pictures and emailed the company to no avail. They were friendly on the first email but then no follow up. So I not only lost $66 and have nothing to show for it. But I also wasted time going out and pulling up the dead plants, that took time to plant in April and water for a few months, and then just be ghosted by the companies customer service. I cannot recommend the company or any willow products. My recommendation is pay extra at a nursery for more developed plants OR get these but after getting the roots to grow, plant them inside and grow them indoors for a year. They just aren't going to survive without TONS of water and that needs to be considered by the seller who should recommend this anyway for plants needed deep root systems to survive.

They sent a package with several tree slips. Only 1 didn't root. Definitely will order from this company again.

Just received them in the mail today (4 of them). Two had a few roots. They arrived in good shape even though they were mailed in a plastic bag instead of a box. I would recommend sending them in a small box for better protection, especially if USPS decides to take the scenic route and send it to the wrong distribution center hundreds of miles away and then back again. They are sitting in a jar with water right now and I will have to update later about how they are doing. Update: they were doing pretty well and when they had developed enough roots I planted them in soil, following the instructions. Doing so was the beginning of the end for them, even though all instructions and advice were followed. They were dead a within a few weeks. No weeping willow tree for me :(

Only one stick didn't sprout. Other two sprouted well. Planted and seem.to have rooted well. Protecting from frost. Spring will tell the tale if they come back.

Cuttings came earlier than expected and in great condition! They were carefully packaged and had took a of little root nodes and some actual roots already, and a few even had leaves budding out and opening up! Ordered two and got four, so I’m happy with that, and the cuttings in the picture have been in soil (after a dip in rooting hormone for an extra kick, why not?) for just under a week and all now have the growth pictured. So happy!!!

Delivered dried out and cracked. Never sprouted. Do not purchase...
