I bought this hoping it would soften my new split adjustable bed. My husband loves the bed, but it’s way too firm for me. While this doesn’t cool as I would like, I tend to be super hot so it’s probably fine for most people. The price is good, the quality nicer than expected, and it fits perfectly. It does add about an extra almost inch compared to my husband’s side, and I can tell it’s softer than without anything. Stays in place well. I’ll still probably buy a topper to make my side extra soft, but will keep this as well. It doesn’t move around and sheets fit better with it in place.

Purchased this mattress topper to replace an older one. We really like this one much better, the bed is much more comfortable and the temperature appears better balanced. So far this topper looks like a good value and option

I put a heated mattress pad on the mattress, and bought a different mattress topper pad to cover it so you wouldn't feel the wires. It turned out to be a fairly thin mattress topper pad, and the wires were still somewhat noticeable, so I bought this mattress pad to put over the other one (and use them both.) This one is thick enough that it may have covered the wires well enough by itself, but I went ahead and used both since I had them. This one is very plush feeling and soft & thick, the sides don't seem all that deep but it did cover my mattress easily, but if you have an extra thick mattress, it may just cover it. It goes just a bit down over the edges all the way around, so you won't feel the edge of the pad when sleeping. It is a very nice mattress pad & I am really happy with it!

What am I missing? I purchased for the cooling. This bombed out big time! So as for - Soft. 5-stars. Stay put, 0-stars. Cooling, 0-stars. Quality 5-stars. Looks. At first appearance it looks great. After putting it in my mattress, it’s a hot mess. Don’t stay put, bunches up in a wad under neath you. As for cooling the reason I purchased it, if anything when I’m sleeping on it I am hotter. There is no cooling effects to this mattress pad. Mattress protection it’s great. Pain relief wouldn’t that be a blessing. Sorry - not a happy camper either this mattress pad!

Soft, high quality mattress pad. I needed a pad that could accommodate my mattress with a 3 inch foam topper. This did the trick. Very pleased with this purchse

I was surprised by the mattress pad. It is nicely quilted and thick. The material is nice, washed well and help up great.

I'd recently been using a thick foam topper and tried this one to see if it was cooler; it wasn't. This product is not bad, it is cool when you first lay down and doesn't retain too much heat so it is bearable; but compared to my old foam topper, I think the air bubbles in my previous foam topper did a better job at heat dispersion.

Do not buy this. It has zero padding. Literally my duvet is thicker. So disappointing. The advert for this product really doesn’t match the reality.

Poor Been on bed 48 hrs plus and still flat as it was coming out of the packaging. Will be returning.
