I should have had my helper come over.
I got it put together but at my age, 73, I should have had my helper come over to give me a hand. A couple of hints: put the back stabilizer on first and then use the seat riser as a block under the frame near the front to rise up the bracket for the front stabilizer so the front stabilizer will bolt on easily. The rollers on the front work great on flat surfaces but it is still pretty hard for me to move it over carpet, (that helper thing again). It is actually worth the effort to put it together because it is a great old man low impact cardio machine. I manage about 1 mile each session and I can feel my body saying, "This is what I want". It's a good little machine and well worth the cost and the effort.

Senior says 👍
My 91 year old dad loves it. He put it together alone in about 5 hours over 2 days. Suggesting a rug underneath. It tends to travel easily.

It is very stable and seems of good quality.
I found the bike difficult to assemble alone. I got help and we got it together. It is very stable and seems like good quality. My only complaint is the seat is not padded enough and is not comfortable. Is there another seat that is more padded?

You get what you pay for
Update after a few weeks: I put pieces of soft rubber under each tip and it doesnʻt slide at all. The nuts of the pedals loosen every half hour of use, and need to be checked prior to each use (I didnʻt try loctite or anything cuz if it fails, I want to avoid the mess.) Still worth it, but barely. Effectiveness/Sturdiness/Maneuverability: Not a bad starter bike. Iʻm 5ʻ6", 150 lbs, and this works well. I feel it after a few minutes on a high resistance. I surf 3 times a week, lift medium weights to cross train, and walk for work, so my shape is a bit above average. Someone who lifts heavy weights would probably not find the resistance to be enough, especially for the upper body muscle groups, and itʻs probably more useful for a convenient cardio workout. All in all, it handles my weight fine and is sturdy, but I donʻt think it would be the same if I were about 5ʻ10"+ and over 175 pounds (especially if you have a naturally-wide body frame,) despite the product description. It does slide on new tile when I get on and off, so I will use a small carpet with something (idk what yet) underneath so as to not mess up the tile with the bottom rubber of the carpet (happened in the past.) It does not rock on the carpet floor that I also tested it on, but again, Iʻm on the short side. I lucked out and got a working computer (tested b4 assembly per advice of a previous reviewer.) I also got every part and no extras. Assembly: Easy. I glanced over the instructions, organized the parts, and got to work. I had already read the negative reviews prior to purchasing, so I had already bought automotive lubricant to add to all accessible moving parts (including in the pedals.) Iʻm not removing the plastic frame and lubing in there, but will apply some to the chain via a wooden chopstick and bike chain lube. Took less than 20 minutes total, however, I could not get enough of the bold of the pedal through to add the nut (seen in pic 4.) I will just monitor and tighten as needed without a replacement nut. I also left the end caps off so I could monitor and tighten the nuts for the arms. Value/Recommendation: I just assembled today so have no clue as to the longevity of this product. For the price, and free shipping (to O`ahu even,) this thing is affordable. Iʻll update in three months regarding the condition of the bike. Where I live, we have big box stores, but they either donʻt have much excersize equipment, or are sold out for months due to demand. >>>THIS WAS MY ONLY CHANCE AT AN AFFORDABLE BIKE AT THIS TIME, SO IN THAT RESPECT, IT WAS WORTH IT<<< However, if youʻre bigger than me, have other options (especially ones you can try first,) or want something long-term like a Schwinn, you may want to be aware that this bike may not fit your needs.

Not that good.
** I would give this thing zero stars. I had to come back and update my review. This thing so so bad. Almost no resistance. What’s the point of this thing if not to be able to get exercise. Waste of money. The red one is pretty abysmal. Clunky, not a smooth level of resistance, kind of either really hard resistance which is ok I guess but there is pretty much no mid range resistance which makes it hard to stay in a cardiovascular work out. I’d prob say you get what you pay for and at $250 it’s definitely worth getting something better quality and higher priced. Oh well.

Updated:::What a pleasant surprise!
Update::: added a picture! And I want to let u know I still love it and I use it everyday! My kids use it too! It is great and I have hit my daily workout goals as I always have the option to take on this bike and just watch tv and workout or just warm up before lifting. I am happy with it! My prior review::: ..bought this since I am working out from home due to social isolation measure for coronavirus prevention. So I just put mine together and I was initially dreading the idea of doing it so. But I was so wrong, opened the box and boom took barely one hour to get it ready!!!! Amazing! The pieces came well labeled (screws and parts) and the parts were easy to assemble. You just basically have to screw the handles, the pedals, the seat and then attach the holder and the monitor. I tried and it was a great workout just as I do with trainer at gym. I absolutely love it. Be aware that it says weight limit is 250lbs so if you’re above this won’t be a fit. Since that’s not the case for me, I think it’s a nice purchase and addition to my home gym. Love it!

I highly recommend this bike. Great investment in my health and excercise.
I highly recommend this bike. It was easy to put together. Most of the working parts of the fan and bike chain etc are pre assembled. . It’s very quiet. The tension works well and I haven’t put the tension on the maximum setting. The box arrived in a few days time. I love that you get arm exercise at the same time as you peddle. Wear running shoes when you use it or your arches will get sore. The bike instructions recommend you wear runners and now I understand why. Wear shoes. The seat is comfortable. It’s very well priced. I have mine set up in front of my Tv so it’s easy for me to hop on anytime. I won’t go to a gym so this is a great option for me to move more. I love it.

Goood Value
My neighbor wanted this to help her lose some quarantine extra pounds since going to the gym may not be safe. It doesn't take up a lot of room in her apartment and having it right there motivates her to use it . She has MS and likes that it's easy to munt and it works the arms as well as the legs. One side of the bike handle keeps falling off but it's easy to put back on. This part came assembled from the factory. I tightened it up with my own wrench and so far, so good. She loves it, so ar.
