A couple of hints: put the back stabilizer on first and then use the seat riser as a block under the frame near the front to rise up the bracket for the front stabilizer so the front stabilizer will bolt on easily. The rollers on the front work great on flat surfaces but it is still pretty hard for me to move it over carpet, (that helper thing again). It is actually worth the effort to put it together because it is a great old man low impact cardio machine. I manage about 1 mile each session and I can feel my body saying, "This is what I want". The only downside is that there is no tension control, so I alternate 30secs normal and 30secs just legs as fast as I can. Great workout!
