Yes, your decanter is diswasher proof. That being said, this is a big piece of crystal glass and diswashers do not usually reach the inside of the decanter very well. The simplest and easiest is to give your decanter a quick wash with soapy water right after use. And, most importantly, not to let leftover wine dry inside overnight as this makes it harder to clean afterwards. After a really quick delivery and refund because some accessories were missing. I realised I liked the item so much that I'd take a chance and reorder. The new version came very quickly all beautifully complete. Just something that happens from time to time but Jean from the company contacted me to express his personal apology and to offer a storage stand dryer so that this gift to my daughter and husband would be extra special it again arrived super quickly this morning absolutely delighted. I would also add that Jean personally emailed me throughout the resolution to reassure me. Its obvious that reviews can be harsh when something goes wrong although I try to be honest and factual only. However when a company make such efforts to make things happen for you and you feel like the person representing the company is making it their business to make sure you are a delighted customer, then this deserves to be shared. My experience started with a couple of problems but concluded with a delighted and will be a repeat customer. I cannot recommend Jean and Plaisir de la Cave enough.
