Faulty watches
Power button stopped working after one hour of turning on the watch. Customer services weren't helpful in the slightest and wouldn't replace the device.

Seems to have a basic design fault
I kept this watch charged and didn't let it either run completely dead or leave it on after it was fully charged.Despite this it suddenly stopped charging, inconveniently after the warranty had expired.I contacted Zeblaze directly and they wanted photos. They pointed out on the photos that the back cover had a very small, hairline crack in it, and that this and the battery needed replacing. They would send me these two items for 22 USD. When they arrived I carefully replaced the battery and fitted the new cover. This is not new to me, I've fixed over a hundred smartwatches. After a few months I noticed a crack on the back of the watch again. Although it still charges, it appears the new battery has swelled and cracked the case. Contacting Zeblaze again they basically washed their hands of the problem and said they don't give "free accessories". The parts I paid for, or the watch itself are faulty so the least they could have done would have been to send me another battery and cover to try.I will never buy anything made by Zeblaze again as their customer service is non-existent unless you want to pay to have faulty items replaced.
