Absolutely delicious! Hippocrates has been quoted thus: "Let thy food be thy medicine, and let thy medicine be thy food". I am so delightfully surprised by this Curry Gourmet (Organic) Sauerkraut from Superkrauts. First of all it is raw~~~which is what I have been looking for! (It arrived cool to the touch. This means that it is packed to remain cool. Since it is raw keep it in the refrigerator). The taste is out-of-this-world! There is no hint of acidity whatsoever. Only flavor, flavor, flavor and wonderful ingredients for the healthy support of one's entire system.! The recommended serving size is two tablespoons, and I have been abiding by that. Delicious but a little light on curry flavor
This is delicious and smells like curry and has a bright yellow color like yellow curry but the curry flavor is a little lightbut it is nice variation on sauerkraut if you eat it often and get tired of the same standard taste.

Yummy Saur kraut!
Love this sour kraut, love that it's organic and has no salt, expensive but I think it's worth it. Packaging was good, arrived cool, love the taste, will try other flavors.

I recently purchased all 14 flavors of this gourmet sauerkraut. As in my other reviews, I cannot say enough about its high quality. The curry flavor in this sauerkraut is complex but delicate and fresh. I highly recommend it!
