Pretty good.
I bought this "kids" flavor because it doesn't have any garlic - which everyone uses too much.It tastes good and tangy.Be careful though as I guess I am sensitive to probiotics and I eat a teaspoon and wake up later with nervous energy and feel quite off - I'm pretty sure it's the serotonin spike I get from probiotics..or I could be wrong.That all being said it's a good product. One star off cuz I would like to see a unit level of probiotics per TBS or something..even if it was a ballpark figure. Wish they would make other flavors that don't have garlic and flowers - I have asthma and weird flowers or too much garlic and flowers/weird plants can affect this.

Superb gourmet sauerkraut!
I recently purchased all 14 flavors of this gourmet sauerkraut. As in my other reviews, I cannot say enough about its high quality. The cranberry flavor is slightly bitter and sweet, and like all the other flavors, tasty, delicate and fresh. Overall, a very unusual and satisfying gourmet treat! I highly recommend it!

Cranberries, Apples...and Saurkraut?
I wasn't sure I could handle a savory, salty cabbage kraut with apples and cranberries but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought this flavor was really good, healthy, and tasty.
