So as a kid (my dad was a pediatrician in the 50s) he had all 9 of us kids eating fermented saurekraut..he got it as gifts from local farmers...now he told us that this is like Gods gift to us..it is the most helpful food you can eat for your digestive track...so being 65 and now I started to gave tummy problems I remembered what my dad taught us kids so I looked and found you guys with your all natural probiotic fermented saurekraut and I have been taking it only about 10 days and already I have no more diarreah..tummy bloat is almost gone...no more indigestion..no more gassy belly no more occasional constipation and I have lost 6 pounds already and I feel fuller and I don't crave sweets all the time...true enough I'm not 100% yet but in 1 months time I will bet so very much better than I am now...so for anyone out there that is taking over the counter probiotics they are only in the millions and most of them don't even make it to absorption but for those who eat this saurekraut ...the probiotic...it has trillions of bacteria and all most all of them make it to absorbtion and all you need is a forkful or two a day...this saurekraut was good and crunchy and tasty ..it can't get any better than this...and thank you again you guys for being so generous enough with my little accident...xxxooo

Delicious... but heavy. Beware of shipping charges. (Possibly due to proper packaging and padding) Really Organic. Packaged well. Did not leak.

It would be good but it's nothing but large chunks of leaves ,it is not shredded at all, I will never buythis product again .

I am so glad I decided to try this brand! I love the Healing (more of a straight forward sauerkraut flavor, with benefits!) and the Greek. I will definitely be trying their other flavors.

Really delicious. This brand taste better than any other brand of cultured raw vegetables that I have tried. I have tried the Original, the Green Goddess, and the Greek. They're all wonderful.
