Review: Over priced - Love these drinks. I feel like they are over priced. Was able to purchase at a local retail for 2.99 for 4 cans.
Review: It's not to my taste, but I should have expected it. - I've had seltzer fruit drinks with no added sugar that were nevertheless sweeter than this. It's not terrible, and I will drink what I have, but I probably won't order any more of it. What was I expecting from a seltzer drink? Well, considering that it's labeled "Brilliant Tangerine Sparkling Water," I don't think it's unreasonable to anticipate that tangerine would be one of the ingredients. It's not, though. The ingredients are as follows: Carbonated Water, Organic Apple Juice Concentrate, Organic Orange Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor. Tangerines are not among the ingredients unless we are to assume that "natural flavor" is a reference to the natural flavor of tangerine. If that were the case, this is the last ingredient, meaning that there's more apple juice and orange juice than there is tangerine juice, if there is any tangerine juice at all. True, I could have read the ingredient list before ordering it, but it's still misleading. I think it's fair to expect that "Brilliant Tangerine Sparkling Water" would include tangerine juice as an ingredient. I can detect a hint of a citrus flavor, but I could squeeze a couple of drops of citrus fruit into a glass of seltzer water and probably get more of a citrus flavor. I don't detect anything that suggests tangerines and that's not surprising, given that there are no tangerines involved.
