You say below that this is not gluten free, yet there are no gluten containing ingredients in the ingredient list. Why is it not gluten free?

Cannot claim any products as "gluten-free" without being gluten-free certified.

Would you be able to rub this on meat/chicken to be cooked in an air fryer?

I have not tried it but there is no reason why not. Rub it on the meat and leave it in the Fridge for an hour or so

A great selection of tastes and flavours. The only let down is that the individual ingredients for each bottle are all (all 20!) written on the back of the box in miniscule text. My ageing eyesight struggled. I'm using them as flavouring on homemade popcorn, for which they work a treat.
