Review: Roomba 690-series for the WIN! - Nov 03, 2025 - iRobot Roomba 692 Vacuum Cleaning Robot - Manufacturers Certified Refurbished! Roomba 690-series for the WIN!!! I have one that is 8 years old (IIRC), and this one, and they are still fabulous! Yes, it gets caught somewhere, sometimes. Just go get it. Yes, you have to wipe its butt (empty the bin), but that's easy. However, it works like it should, doesn't map your house, sets right up, reasonable in cost, has much better battery life than the fancy-dancy roomba systems NOW offered, and it WORKS. Did I mention they WORK! Review: Like New! - Well, I’ve been using Roombas for over 20 years, but I am not a big fan of the newest models. I use them primarily for dog hair because I have two Siberian huskies, and they just don’t work as well as the older models. So my last two Roombas have been refurbished older models from this Seller. And I love them. I have two that I run at least every other day. This particular model is great for picking up dog hair off thick carpeting or wood floors. Lifesavers really. They run over an hour easily and are very effective. I clean them after each use so they stay effective. I noticed also they are quieter than my last one, which is a plus. The Seller does a great job refurbishing Roombas. They work as well as any brand new one you can buy. And when you get your delivery and open the box, it’s like you’re getting a brand new Roomba. ## Features - Clean Smarter. - Adaptive Navigation - Senses and elimates dirt. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08HJQQKQX | | Batteries are Included | Yes | | Battery Life | 90 minutes | | Battery Type | Lithium Ion | | Best Sellers Rank | #10,973 in Amazon Renewed ( See Top 100 in Amazon Renewed ) #572 in Renewed Home & Kitchen #861 in Robotic Vacuums | | Brand | iRobot | | Brand Name | iRobot | | Capacity | 500 Milliliters | | Color | Charcoal Grey | | Compatible Devices | Amazon Echo | | Control Method | Voice | | Controller Type | App Control, Voice Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 354 Reviews | | Filter Type | Disk | | Form Factor | Robotic | | Included Components | Brush | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Item Weight | 3.5 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | iRobot | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 90 days limited warranty. | | Model Number | R692400 | | Noise Level | 1 Decibels | | Number of Items | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Bagless | | Portable | No | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Recommended Uses For Product | cleaning carpets, cleaning hard floors | | Special Feature | Bagless | | Surface Recommendation | Carpets,Hard Floors | | UPC | 649661073413 | | Voltage | 240 Volts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** iRobot - **Special Feature:** Bagless - **Color:** Gray - **Included Components:** Brush - **Filter Type:** Disk ## Images ![iRobot Roomba 692 Vacuum Cleaning Robot - Manufacturers Certified Refurbished! - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61dZdpSXKxL.jpg) ![iRobot Roomba 692 Vacuum Cleaning Robot - Manufacturers Certified Refurbished! - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/810m0h2MHeL.jpg) ![iRobot Roomba 692 Vacuum Cleaning Robot - Manufacturers Certified Refurbished! - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71uAF3oHryL.jpg) ![iRobot Roomba 692 Vacuum Cleaning Robot - Manufacturers Certified Refurbished! - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71LSerjOuEL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roomba 690-series for the WIN! *by J***G on November 3, 2025* Nov 03, 2025 - iRobot Roomba 692 Vacuum Cleaning Robot - Manufacturers Certified Refurbished! It's louder than I thougth it would be and it can get stuck on cords (make sure you pick them up or secure them). However, it picks up dirt really well on hardwood floors. Once I got the docking station away from other things, it would dock at the end correctly. Just like the other robots, it doesn't "see" stool or chair legs , it'll run into them. But it does slow down as it nears the walls/bigger furniture. It runs for 2+ hours every time and the dustbin is completely full. The app is easy to use and setup. ## Frequently Bought Together - iRobot Roomba 692 Robot Vacuum-Wi-Fi Connectivity, Compatible with Alexa, Good for Pet Hair, Carpets, Hard Floors, Self-Charging, Charcoal Grey (Renewed) - Replacement Accessories Kit for iRobot Roomba 600 Series 694 675 692 676 695 677 671 655 645 690 680 660 650 620 614 & 500 Series 595 585 564 robot 3 Bristle & 3 Beater Brush 8 Filter 8 Side Brush --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/225590927-irobot-roomba-692-vacuum-cleaning-robot-manufacturers-certified-refurbished](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/225590927-irobot-roomba-692-vacuum-cleaning-robot-manufacturers-certified-refurbished) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
