Ink not free flowing writes scratchy

It's a lighter red than I hoped, but it's fantastic.I've bought other non-Parker ink refills, but they just don't compare. [period]

A Parker Pen Refill is a Parker Pen Refill. There is a reason that Parker Pen owners hang on to their pens for years and years. Got it at a good price and it was delivered eight days ahead of schedule. Who could complain?Well, it wouldn't have arrived eight days ahead of schedule but that it had to come from France. It seems that American companies can't afford to have such a slow seller on their shelves. And, of course, nobody in the U.S. would EVER write in red ink!So the product and the service were top-notch. A little too much packaging, but I'm good for a couple of years.

Ink was dried out. refill skipped. Very disappointed

This red Parker ballpoint refill writes smoothly, just as you would expect from Parker. I like Parker's red ballpoint color because it's bright and pure, without the brownish or purplish overtones I see in some competitors' ink. I have found it difficult to get in stores - they stock the blue and black, but not red. It is nice to have a good source here.

I like Parker pens. And when I grade student tests, I use the traditional red color. It is hard to get even a blue refill, so these red ones are quite unique. They probaly last quite long. Mine seem to meet an untimely end, togehter with the pen and a shirt, when forgotten in laundry.

The color of the ink matches the Parker pen that I bought to grade my students. I hate that Parker does not make pens with red ink, but I loved this color and I will buy it again.
