This is my second pair and they are invaluable for the runner who has weak or tender Achilles’ tendons. I needed support after an injury to both my ankles. I didn’t want to stop running completely during recovery (because I am THAT type of person) so I did my ice, stretch, occasionally rest and wear my braces everyday, all the time. I have since recovered but love the extra support. So, now I have received my second pair...the first are still in excellent condition after all that use but I decided a back up is a good idea.

Seems like a lot of money for a brace EXCEPT that IT WORKS! I run and play tennis and was nearly crippled from heel pain stemming from Achilles tendinitis. My heel still hurts, but the brace has me back in the game and even running a little.
