Yes! It has several settings. The galaxy and stars move, just stars move, just galaxy moves, or you can make them all still. It also has a brightness setter to it can be bright or dim. This light is awesome l. I was definitely Leary on purchasing because of the price, but I wasn’t disappointed at all.

Idk how people can’t just answer the question. So this grey one is an upgrade. The white one, you can only choose a blue or green version for the lights. And you gotta use buttons to control it and stuff. While this 2.0 version, it will be multicolored and you can connect to a Bluetooth app so it’ll be more convenient to control. Hope that helps.
