This is the best quality pollen I have tried so far. It has a pleasant smell and a great taste.

I have an allergic reaction to pollen. When the heavy season comes, I get the pepper cough and I am miserable. I was told raw honey with pollen in it is good to do (table spoon a day). It didn't’ really work. So a friend told me about this. You have to start slow with one seed first, then the next day two seeds, then three the next and so forth. If you take the recommend dose as labeled, you will get an overdose of pollen and get sick. You must let your body acclimate to the seeds. Take it slow and increase the amount daily to the recommended amount.

I take one tea spoon if this daily. I think the taste is so yummy and the product itself is as real as it gets. I feel an energy lift straight away, and I generally feel great. It helps with my immunity and helps me from getting sick. I believe in this and will continue taking it. Great product.

I bought this originally because I was reading about its health benefits, and decided to give it a try. I have to say that after I have some I do have a little more energy than I did before I ate it. The extra energy doesn't last long, but I can tell a difference.I put it in smoothies, and I can't taste it, but it smells kind of like the combination between honey and nuts. I don't think I'd eat it where I could taste it (odd taste – I tried a couple granules plain), but putting it in smoothies works best for me.

Ok cost for 1lb. Conmared to others. Hard granules. Flavor grows on you.

I like that this Bee Pollen is 100% Natural, Organic, Raw so I gave it 3 Stars.I am disappointed that it is HARD AND SHARP ~ Seems to be OLD AND DRIED OUT. In nearly 35 years of taking Bee Pollen from a VARieTY resources I have NEVER had any Bee Pollen that was HARDENED AND SHARP. My experience in times past has been with Bed Pollen that is soft to one degree or another and fresh tasting.I dislike that there was no expiration date on the bag.I am Not sure if this batch is simply an OLD STALE batch and I don’t know if it will do me any good since it isn’t AS FRESH AS IT SHOULD BE.This is my Second Review—I decided to give this company’s Bee Pollen a second try and once again I am Disappointed. . . The Quality, the Color, the Texture, the Smell simply is NOT as it should be based on several other brands of Organic Raw Bee Pollen I have eaten throughout the last 35 years.Although there is an expiration date of: 2/01/22 listed on the bag which means it should still be FRESH in Appearance, Smell, Texture and Taste— it is Definitely NOT FRESH compared to other brands I have purchased numerous times in the past—it’s dark and stinky and hard and sharp just as before and after two poor batches I will Not Give this Company “WELLNESS TREE” another try.The first time I gave 3 stars but this time I am giving only one star.
