Are these organic Mushrooms lion mane and why it has black pepper in it?

Yes this is lions mane. black pepper helps with absorption

What extraction method is used?

I find the sellers response unsatisfactory here, as the label clearly states "organic lion's mane at an extract of 15:1". So what extraction method is used?!

I've received 2100mg capsules not 7500mg. Should I be concerned that there are other variations from what is advertised?

Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding the dosage of the capsules you've received. It seems there has been a mix-up with our inventory and you have received our 2100mg formula instead of the advertised 7500mg one. We would like to reassure you that despite this difference, the actual active ingredient content remains consistent. The 7500mg listed is the ratio extract equivalent, not the actual extract, which can understandably lead to confusion. So, even though you have received a different dosage, the therapeutic efficacy of our product should remain uncompromised. It's important to adjust your consumption accordingly to avoid exceeding the intended dosage. Once again, we extend our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value your understanding and patience in this matter. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further concerns or queries.

Is the vegan capsule case made from Soy?

No, it is HPMC capsule, not made from Soy.
