Very comfortable for the price , has all the features I needed including, back rest , alignment and head rest along with armrest. It's completely ergonomic chair and keeps me seated well. Highly recommended

Chair looks comfortable for any height sort of people. The quality is good. All the assembling is also quite good without any issues. Good for work from home option.

All the materials are available in the product but the knob on the back is damaged (scratched out) right out of the box. The reclining is great.Pros:1. Lumbar support is good.2. Stability is amazing.3. The wheels are super smooth.4. Best for WFH. Was able to work for 8+ hours. Not kidding.Cons:1. The build is all plastic. So skeptical about long term durability.2. The look is average (subjective). Mainly because of the plastic build.Will update the review after 1 week usage. So far so good. It's a great value for the money. Almost close to the featherlite chair quality.Update after 1 week: Changed the rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. The chair for this price is great. I got it for 6.8k with offers. It's easily worth 10k+. Comfort is soooo good. Loving it. There's one hiccup in the beginning where whenever you lean after adjusting the recline to 90°, it falls back suddenly to the 130°. I don't know how it got repaired but it stopped happening since. The wheels are super smooth.

I have been using the chair for 10-15 days - I find it good till now. Very comfortable and feels durable. Installation wasn’t that hard but the official installation guide videos needs to be updated to also show where the 3 cylinder was objects are supposed to go (after installing the hydraulic on the base - those 3 need to be arranged somehow there) - I fitted it without that, and after fitting once - it becomes difficult to separate it out. Please take care of that. The product is good though, got it at 6.5K during summer time deal with amazon pay credit card. I also have attached a video where a personnel describes where to fit those 3 cylindrical objects.

It's been over a month, since I started using this ergo chair. It was easy to assemble and build is quite good. It took me a few days to get used to the neck support, as I haven't used neck support before. Fortunately, the neck support has 2 adjustments, so it took a while to find my comfortableness. I actually didn't see any cons as of now. The only thing I feel is even after the neck support is raised to it's maximum, my upper back seems to clash on bottom of the neck rest. Although, I don't really know if it's the chair or my upper body is slightly taller. I am 5.7 btw. The chair is built for height up to 5.8. So, cause of this, I feel a little uncomfortable while I rest my neck. It's manageable, yet I have to always tilt my head a few degree downwards, so I don't hurt my back of the head. Then again, I am not really sure if it's the chair built dimension or my upper body dimensions.It has got hand rest adjustments and the push back is good too. The wheels are smooth.Ah yes! One suggestion is the to slightly keep the lower back support a little higher. It seems to rest just below the curve of my spine, near the bottom spine, so it seems a little useless for me. If it's a little higher, then I guess, it would support the spine curve and posture more.Overall, I would highly recommend this product. It's a budget friendly ergo chair with neck support.

Product is good,but need some improvement in head support

It’s a great option for those who are working from home and want to correct there sitting posture. I recently brought Jazz High Back chair and it is very comfortable to use file working. The sitting is very good and adjustable supports make it more usable. Highly recommend.
