I'm so happy with this product. I spent over a year and a lot of money trying to find something to remove the smell of dog urine from my artificial grass. I have three dogs and while the smell isn't terrible during the colder months, once Spring and Summer arrive, the smell returns with a vengeance. I used this product a couple of time, at the lowest dilution rate to begin with. It completely removed the smell and it hasn't returned, even on hot days. I literally couldn't be happier with it.

Since having artificial grass put down last year we have been plagued with the smell of dog pee. This stuff is a con and works no better than dog safe zaflora at a fraction of the cost. Yes it smells nice when you put it on but the smell returns very quickly, like same day quick. Followed the instruction to the letter, have even repeated the process neat twice now, along with using the diluted method everyday since. Don’t waste your money or believe some of the reviews on here.

THis product was amazing. I'd read the generally great reviews prior to purchasing, but was still surprised by it's effectiveness. Definately recommend

We bought artificial grass for our patio-ed garden to give our pup somewhere to play and do his business, in the winter the smell isn't too bad but when the hot weather comes this stuff is the only thing that works to remove the smell! Would highly recommend to all

Having two dogs and artificial turf, combatting ‘that’ smell is hard going! I have used all sorts of products and they have never been able to tackle the scent like this!!! It’s pricey stuff, so I was a bit sceptical at spending so much given the poor experience I’ve had with everything else… but it is cheaper than having the turf replaced, so I thought I’d try it out (along with the Wee Free sub base soaker).I did the sub base stuff first, used a whole 5ltr pack to do a ‘once and for all’ deep clean (which was actually incredible and was beyond what I thought it’d do). Then I’ve used this weekly, I did a strong mix first 1:1, and then have done 1:5ltr water since then. It is worth every penny!!I will be doing a monthly Wee Free sub base clean over summer to stay on top of it as I can’t bear that smell coming back, but I can’t see it ever needing the same volume of sub base cleaner in one go again, and then using this one to stay in control of the surface grass.So if you are hoping to tackle a bad smell issue, I’d recommend you do the Wee Free sub base soaker first as concentrated as you can afford to make it (it’s genuinely an investment) and keep on top of it afterwards with this one. It’s definitely worth the outlay.

Tried lots of grass cleaners, zoflora, jeyes..nothing works like this stuff! These ladies have done their homework and this product is the result! Amazing! Always make sure I have plenty in..never want to run out!
