Misleading product information on the Amazon Web site for this product
The Oxford Light 8-Ft White Extension Cord 3 Outlet Indoor/Outdoor - as the title says should be for outdoor use. However, when it arrived, the packaging clearly stated "for indoor use only". The on-line titling for this product needs to be changed as it is completely misleading. Do not buy this extension cord if you need it for outdoor use.

Plug It
When you get right down to it, extension cords need more thought than one might think at first. Is it the right length? In this case, I needed a bit more length than the usual five feet or so. Does it have enough outlets? Yes. It is three-prong grounded? Right. Does it have the flat, snug plug? Yep. This extension fit perfectly where I needed it and works like...welll...an extension cord. You plug things into it.
