These are exactly as described. They sit securely in the port. They keep dust out. Only concern is losing the key. Great pick-up.

One thing that bothered me immediately was the packaging. Having so many of these and no place to store them is quite annoying. It would've been amazing if they came in a resealable bag. As others have stated, not being able to buy spare keys is annoying. I'm not to the stage where this is an issue for me yet, but having to buy a whole new set just for more keys is not something I'll enjoy later down the road.Overall, although these do a great job at "locking" ports form unattended access, and keeps them clean from dust (better than leaving them completely open), I don't think they're worth such a price. Spending almost $1 per port is ridiculous, knowing they are probably worth 5 cents of material to make. I would've bought more than I did if they didn't cost so much and have some issues (buying extra keys specifically).If you need a lot of these, you're better off buying a 3D printer and making your own. You'll spend around the same amount, and get more out of the money long term. Plus, you can make more keys if yours get worn down too badly.Let's be honest, the better approach is having smart switches and disabling the ports on that to revoke unauthorized access. From there, you could use a blank RJ45 cap to cover the port from dust. All these will do is provide a visual representation to other people and say "This port is unusable by anyone."I'm giving 3 stars because they get the job done as described, but took two away from the high price, packaging, and no ability to buy keys separately for a lower price.

Great Product. Works as advertised, and quick delivery.

The locks fit in the ports and work fine but the key can only be used once, as it becomes stuck in the locking device once it has been used to remove it from a port. Only way to release it is to destroy the plastic lock, making everything redundant after a single use. Unhelpful design.

Used for a number of customers. Note - if you've never used these before the "colors" are not interchangeable - they are keyed differently. White port blockers require the white key, red requires the red key etc. As long as you know this and purchase the correct pairs these are a good option. Keep in mind these are also designed for permanent/semi-permanent install. Not designed for frequent insertion / removal.

It is a good thing I test a item before committing to it. I inserted the plug into an unused coupler. That was no problem. I then inserted the removal tool into the plug to remove it from the coupler. Again, no problem. The plug came out easily. The the problem made itself evident. The removal tool will not come out of the plug so it is completely useless. The other brands I have of this items work flawlessly and smoothly.

These are great and very sleek. Works great!!

Design LabBefore the port locks we used stickers, but stickers would either fall off or get peeled off.The port locks are highly visible and practically fail-proof.All parties, myself included, are pleased with the purchase.

The key is flexible enough to reach and unlock hard to reach ethernet jacks (google wifi)

When you use the key to remove - it gets stuck. It's not intended to be a one time use plug - but essentially it is. I tried wiggling, jiggling, pliers, knife. It's just a poor design - especially for the price. Look elsewhere.
