Low cost, good quality

Mounting holes too small, sounds good
Pros: - Price/Value - Sound is very close to the LP brand, but some inconsistencies (see cons) Cons: - Sound not quite as good/consistent as the LP brand. Sounds slightly choked off center. You have to hit the center sweet spot for the best sound, which is very close to the LP brand. Off center sound is slightly less pronounced. Still good though. - The mounting holes are a tiny bit too small for my LP mounting rods.. The blue high pitched block mounting holes had to be drilled "slightly" to fit. I re-primed/painted to reduce rusting. I also have the Red Medium pitched block, It's mounting holes were a bit better (tighter than normal), but I was able to walk the block mounts onto the rods. One size bigger bit by the manufacturer would be advised. Overall I'm happy with them. I almost sent back because of the too small mounting holes. But the value of these blocks vs the LPs told me to modify and keep them. Played a musical in Feb, these worked really well in that setting.

Cheaply priced Jam block, good sound and great addition to your drum kit.
I wanted to add some kind of percussive block to my drum kit but didn’t want a cowbell. I bought this block hoping it would sound nice and have a nice tone. For my case, it sounds pretty fine and comparable to more expensive plastic jam blocks. Also, it is loud enough to fit in a mix with the rest of the drum The way the mounting bracket is made, the jam block can easily be mounted on a cowbell clamp, on a hi-hat rod or even on a cymbal stand if you remove the felt. All in all, it seems sturdy and durable enough for a long time of use. Seriously, there’s no con that can be noted. I highly recommend this product.
