Actually Helped Me Quit Nicotine — Mindset Shift Is Powerful (Audio Can Be Annoying)
Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Vaping genuinely helped me quit — and I didn’t even finish it. What this does really well is change how you think about nicotine. Instead of relying on willpower, it kind of breaks the illusion around addiction. Love this book!
Really works IF you follow all directions exactly. I quit for over a year using the original book, then made the mistake of falling back into the trap in a social situation. So I bought this one more specific to vaping. It has now been officially two weeks and let me tell you the struggle is not real. Worked for me
I was pretty much vaping non stop and did everything I could to make sure I didn’t run out of vapes. I took risks vaping where I shouldn’t. I felt shame and guilt and knew it wasn’t a good look as well as bad for my health. I decided early last year to quit by the end of the year. I heard about this book and ordered it. I appreciated that there was no pressure to quit when I started reading and I sort of took my time getting through the book and I kept vaping. A lot of the information seemed redundant which was initially annoying but now I recognize that the information was reinforced and solidified in my brain. I finished the book and took in my last vape, gave all my nicotine away, and vowed not to resume. The first day was the worst with cravings. I played with a toothpick in my mouth but it was mostly mental and not physical. I kept busy and active and got through that first week. The book didn’t prepare me for the mental fog I experienced for that first week as well as some digestion changes (constipation) but I got through it. This book really helped rewire my brain and two months later, I’m still nicotine free and so proud and happy! I have recommended it to anyone wanting to make the change for good!

The best way to quit, No withdrawals, No weight gain
Today, I am 31 days free from nicotine, and I can truthfully say I do not think could have quit without this book. I was incredibly skeptical when I started this book, but I was so tired of being addicted to my vape that I decided I had nothing to lose. I approached the book with an open mind, but did find myself rolling my eyes at times at how “easy” the author claimed quitting nicotine could be- I wasn’t buying it. However, I continued to read and I was shocked by how this book re-wired how my brain viewed nicotine and vaping. I got to a certain point in the book and realized that I never wanted a vape again. And just like that, I quit. I am only 31 days nicotine free but I do not even think about nicotine or vaping. I don’t crave it at all. I didn’t suffer withdrawals from quitting nor did I gain weight, which was honestly the part I feared the most about quitting. I cannot recommend this book enough. If you’re tired of being controlled by nicotine, buy this book.

Not too shabby
I read it! It definitely gets me in the right mindset. However, I have not been able to quit yet. But it may work for you. Fingers crossed! This is hard! Worse than the ‘RUGS’ I used to do. Tbh. Goodluck. I DO recommend buying this book though. It’s definitely worth a shot! It sure can’t make it worse, only better.

FREEDOM!
2nd Update: OVER A YEAR! STILL FREE! NO RELAPSE. I am free for life because of this book! Update: 5 months - still free - feels like a year since I've vaped because I don't think about it and I don’t miss it. Seems like a distant memory, one that I wish I never started. But I am a nonvaper - I am free. AFTER 11 YEARS!!! I am FREE! 2 months of freedom, and I am just so grateful. For others seeking freedom: I wasn’t able to go an hour without smoking/vaping. Anytime I tried to quit before I was a monster. I was horrible. Smoked all the time. I would even wake myself up and reach for the vape and smoke it during sleep. I AM FREE. Only because of this book. Anyone can do it, read it, and take your time reading and understanding, I went back over the myths two times before moving on. No pressure on yourself. I had no withdrawal. I was free right away. Couldn’t believe it.

I am free!!!
I was skeptical at first because I have tried to quit a couple of times, but I couldn’t resist the temptation. With Easyway, it was surprisingly easy. After my last vape, I simply gave up and haven’t looked back. I can genuinely recommend this method to anyone who wants to quit and feels ready but, for some reason, hasn’t been able to do it on their own. Thanks so much to Allen and the entire team for this wonderful method and the amazing work you do!

IT WORKS
The book works. I have officially quit for 3 months and I don’t even think about vaping anymore and haven’t in an extremely long time. If you want to quit this will be your best money spent. read 2 chapters a day, take notes in a little book and just stay focused and I promise it will work.

11 days free! :D
After some scepticism, and having finished this book 11 days ago, I am now 11 days nicotine free! I used to vape 4-6ml 20mg juice a day, and have tried to quit many times to no avail. This book felt like a miracle and I’m so grateful to Allen Carr. Just take your time with the read and absorb all the information and you should have no problem quitting too!
