Bought this to help support a sprained ankle as i get back into my running. It is robust and holds the ankle well, giving a bit of added confidence. It rips neatly and quite easily, so you don't need scissors. It is sticky stuff (don't stick it to itself, you'll never get it apart) and adheres well to bare skin. It does un-stick a bit when running due to sweat soaking in (i had no idea my ankles were so sweaty) but hasn't come completely unstuck on my runs so far. Bit of advice is to shave whatever part of the body you are planning to stick this to. If you don't it will take the hairs out anyway, but in a more painful fashion than a razor.

Didn’t rip very well. Had to use scissors. However it flexed and stuck very well to my feet for 18 miles.

I’m surprised at how many reviewers have found this tape to be sticky. I’ve previously used a different brand of zinc oxide tape to cover my daughter’s verrucas after applying treatment gel and that worked well, but this one isn’t sticky enough and falls off within minutes.
